This store is located just north of Sunset Point Rd. on the west side of US Hwy 19 in Clearwater. It's in the parking lot of the now defunct Circuit City. This FedEx Office, Print & Ship Center is large and the premises were clean. I had dropped by to send an envelope for an overnight delivery. The line moved quite quickly. The staff was friendly and was quite knowledgeable. I can recommend this location. read more

Back before the infinity operation known as Kinko's was purchased by FedEx, it was a place you could go to 24 hours a day. You could rent computer time, you could get things printed, you could laminate stuff, you could buy all kinds of supplies just as you can today... EXCEPT... was open 24 hours and it was very convenient for those of us lived our lives beyond the definition of night owls. My experience today ended about 13 minutes past closing time having arrived 12 minutes past closing time. Thanks FedEx... You make those of us old enough to remember frustrated because of your existence. read more

Even though the Fedex website shows the location opens at 7:00am it doesn't open until 8:00 am. Other than Fedex not knowing when their locations actually open the staff is friendly and professional. Communication between corporate and stores should be better. read more

Doing errands and saw them on 19. Needed copy of maps. They did it 2 hours later picked it up. Excellent job.

This is beyond frustrating. I take my artwork to have it scanned. I asked the gentleman to scan it TIFFat 300 DPI. I get a PDF, 150 DPI, which I couldn't use. So I go back, to get it scanned later that day. Mind you, I work about 20 miles away. So I have it rescanned. I repeat, TIFF, 300 DPI. so I get a bitmap, which i find out later, much later, after i gave away the original artwork. I guess the young man could not figure out I needed an COLORED RGB and chose to save it as a black and white pixelated bitmap, instead of confirming, given the original artwork is full of vivid colors. I will NEVER bring my artwork here and WILL NOT advise anyone to come to this location. read more

I have thus far had great service done with this place and done quickly. Note to fellow engaged folks out there: this is a great option for printing your save the dates and invitations if you are not too particular for the type of paper they use. I haven't tried asking them to print on card stock but the paper and ink they use is of very high quality. Also, if you need things to be cut down to a postcard size, they will do that for you! They will also provide you with samples first before ordering multiple copies of your project. Need to enclose your postcards in an outer envelope? They have the right sizes for that. Need to pick up a box of blank thank you cards? They have that as well. This location is also open 24 hours so that is awesome for someone like me who keeps irregular hours. I look forward to working with them again. read more

I usally always go to fedex to get pictures printed, faxes and laminations. I particularly like this place because no one bothers me when im trying to do my printing and stuff. If you want somewhere quiet to print pictures this is the place. I love photographing and making crafts with it so i tend to use their tools a lot. I am obsessed with the laminating machine, its easy to use and one sheet of lamination is inexpensive... I recommend the place for someone that likes peace and quiet, the staff is usually doing their own thing and it can be hard to get their attention, but if youre patient thia shouldnt be a problem read more

After being rejected by USPS for an unstable box, I decided to stop into FedEx to see if they could resize my packaging. Griselle was extremely helpful and patient. While I was trying to make a decision she was between printing and packaging helping everyone during the afternoon rush. Griselle provided a box that fit and sent it on its merry way. FABULOUS! I've been using FedEx faithfully for my printing and shipping to accommodate all of the production needs a CEO of a small company can have. I have to sing praises to the staff at this location. Like I said I use FedEx often and exclusively. I had an urgent print job I needed to get done and ran into the location in Tampa on Kennedy. Short story the staff there was twice as many as in the Clearwater office but this Clearwater staff seems like they could run circles around them. They were not only able to assist me but did so with a smile. I'm glad there are more stores like this Clearwater office than the Kennedy office. Otherwise maybe my use of FedEx wouldn't be as exclusive as it is. I'm very pleased. Happy printing everyone !!! read more

I took an engineering drawing over to be printed as I have done a number of times in the past. The counter person was really struggling and insisted on trying to print it on a different printer totally disregarding what I was saying that it should be printed on the other printer. I finally gave up and asked for my USB drive back. As I left she muttered that it was my fault. I remembered something I learned years ago and that is at Fed-Ex the company ALWAYS backs up the employee. In other words, the customer is always wrong. I took the same file over to Staples and they printed it quickly with no drama and less expensive than Kinkos. read more

I was there last night, shipping a package to NJ. There were only 2 people in front of me on line, but as soon as "Mary" noticed I was waiting, she came out to help me. I had all sorts of boxes being shipped, couldn't find the packing materials I needed, and was flustered because it had been a long day. Mary was great. My fingers were bandaged - she did all the writing for me. She explained the shipping procedure, carefully packed each item, told me when it would arrive, etc. Sure enough, I got a phone call this morning at 10:40am. The package arrived 10 minutes earlier, EXACTLY when it was supposed to. I love this facility. Ive been there before and Ill be back again. They are especially helpful during the crazy holiday season. Thank you FedEx. read more

Came there to have them print a two-sided document for me and the employee said "they do not do this" and implied for me to do it myself on the printers. I told him I needed THEM to print for me so that it aligns properly on both sides, and again he told me they couldn't. I have used FedEx to print this exact document a dozen times and this is the first time someone has refused to help me. He also let me know there would be an additional $5 charge for enhancements, which has nothing to do with the service I requested. No one stepped in to help me either... there were 2 other employees on the floor and one customer checking out. If I could give zero stars, I would. FedEx just lost my business because one employee has no desire to make it happen for customers! read more

Went here to ship some Christmas packages to the kids. Place was NOT busy at all giving me hope for an easy and enjoyable business encounter. WRONG!!! Is it difficult to understand that maybe you should ask which presents should go in what box? While we were filling out the air bills, the employee was already stuffing the boxes with presents without asking what SHOULD be going in it. She never asked at all. When I questioned what went in each box, she immediately got defensive and stated "I packed them in the order you have them to me". WRONG!!!! I never gave you the order! You took it on yourself to decide what went in them. Then she gives me an attitude when I asked her to open them up to see what she packed. Saying it was no big deal and there was no need to get upset. Lady, it is a big deal when you are messing up my Christmas gifts to my children! Then another male employee behind the counter makes the snide comment, "she's just trying to help you". That was the topper! I looked at him and told him I could take my business elsewhere. When did customer service go out of style? What happened to the customer is always right? I will never ship anything from this store again. You have lost a customer! read more

My husband had an international fax to send and I had a "Wall Street Journal" article to duplicate for distribution to my family. We approached different counters. He to the unmanned fax station while I went to the main counter. When his fax would not go through, he asked for help from someone not waiting on customers. His was a simple country code question which no one could answer as they were not familiar with international faxes. O.K. Maybe we just had the misfortune of poor timing with the staff, but most important was that no one cared! He ended up going to a UPS store and got the help he needed. Unfortunately, I decided to leave my project. When I picked it up, I noticed that 2 pages were printed in different sized fonts and in opposite directions from the previous page. Because I was going out of town, I picked it up anyway. When I tried to piece the pages together, I discovered that they are unreadable as each page had missing columns. Clearly no one proofed this job! Even though there was a note saying Janet M did a final quality check. I regret not joining my husband in taking my project to a UPS store as I now have to start all over again. So I am out the $12 plus they charged me and inconvenienced too. Be assured, I will never again used FedEx office nor should you! Their employees are poorly trained and just do not care. read more
