I also gave her the opportunity to dispute my review, because I felt it important to be fair and accurate. She hasn't responded or provided a refund. She completely lacks professionalism and tried to use her husband's passing as an excuse for her poor services without following through on trying to remedy the situation. STAY AWAY! She is a crook.
