Scam artists!!! I booked a fresh clown for my baby's party they asked for the full payment before the day of the party and did not show up! They wouldn't return my calls or my money when I requested it on cash app! They have blocked my number and won't answer my messages on FB or emails. BEWARE!! Do not use this company! They ruined my twins 1st birthday party! I paid $415 for Elmo, Abby and a face painter to come to the party. I was told that the characters would put on a show by singing songs,doing games and prizes. They were supposed to be at my party by 2PM. No one showed up until after 3PM. When Elmo and "Abby" did show up, I was completely embarrassed. The Abby costume did NOT look like Abby. It's was a terrible costume and should have never been put to use. Both costumes were dirty and dingy and both characters smelled of terrible body odor. The face painter NEVER showed up. I cut their visit short as it was so disappointed and didn't even want them in our photos. When I told the man who came with the characters how upset I was and how disappointed I was in the condition of the characters...he told me that the person dressed in the Abby costume was a TWELVE year old CHILD! I called the office and spoke with Carmella. She ensured me that they would be issuing me a refund. She claimed they did the refund, but their was an issue with their Square account. (I waited 10 days) She then sent me a partial refund via cash app and promised that she would send me the rest the next day. Now they ignore my calls and text messages and will not return my calls. This place is sketchy as hell. And they are complete scammers. Do NOT use this company!!! read more

If I could give them no stars. This company are some pure scam artists. They never showed up to my son party tonight, which was suppose to be at 7pm. I called several times and the lady answered and said they were on 13 mile and Hoover at 7:23pm, here it is 10:34pm and they never showed up nor answered the phone. I am so upset because my son was waiting on Sonic and was wondering what happened. What do you tell a 6 year old. I will be reporting them to the BBB and will be calling my bank because I paid for services that was never delivered. Please no one book with this company ever. read more

Horrible Experience! I paid for a package that included two characters (elmo and cookie monster). They confirmed that they were coming days before the party. On the actual day of the party, they not only showed up late, but Elmo was missing sleeves and cookie monster was FILTHY and they both smelled of weed! They did not play any music and the "characters" did not interact with my guests whats so ever. To top that off, for a 15 minute visit, where they were not friendly or fun, they charged me a "travel fee" - which they apparently charge all their customers. I called the woman to get my money back and she told me for months that she will send me a refund, but i never received one. BEWARE! My daughters 2nd party was yesterday and we had Barney, I don't think I could had asked for a better experience! They were about 5 minutes late which was totally fine because I am out of area and they even called me and said they were 10 minutes behind, but got here in 5. The helpers were so friendly and silly with all the kids! Barney even stayed longer than the half hour meet and greet we paid for. They stayed for pics with the kids, our pinata, cake and ice cream & Barney even wanted to play with out pet rat lol. It really was an awesome experience. From my first phone call to MCP talking to Carmella to my last phone call, I was treated like family. Highly recommended. I seen some negative reviews about this company and none of them were what I experienced at my party. I am glad I booked through MCP and will be again! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! My friend used this service Aug 2,2015 for her daughters 2nd birthday party. She paid a $50 deposit. The party was scheduled from 5 PM to 8 PM with the arrival of a costumed Elmo at 6 PM. They did not arrive until 7:30 with the party ending soon. The Birthday girl had already fallen asleep. They still wanted to be paid the majority of the money for the services even after only being there for a half hour. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. When called to ask where the performer was my friend was hung up on, and each attempt to contact the person in route to the party they kept stalling claiming to be 15 to 20 minutes away. They are also refusing to mail the deposit back, citing that my friend has to drive over an hour away to their offices to pick it up. The company also has made a point to delete any complaints made on their Facebook page in attempts to save face. The entire experience has been terrible for all involved, including but not limited to the Mother of the Birthday girl, the birthday girl, and child and adult guests! read more
