Always asked how she could help/what we needed, even told me to stop cleaning up at one point and to enjoy the party. we decided to get the bounce house and baby climbing play station and it was a huge hit! the space was big enough for our party of around 50-55 people, yet small enough that parents could relax and not worry about following their children around to watch them. it's not easy to find a party venue during the cold months, though this company made it extremely easy, they even gave their honest feedback for cost savings for bringing our own beverages when i asked if they could provide. huge thanks to the staff for the overall experience and especially to Anna, she made a stressed out first time mom feel completely at ease the entire time. Every year they have the latest and greatest bounce houses and other party materials such as photo booths and foam machines. The birthday party was at a Jungle Java, and they had no problem accommodating that. The parents said that the kids were so entertained and engaged, they LOVED IT! It's family owned so the dad, mom & daughter showed up in their pickup truck and got to work. They are clearly used to working together because they had things set up in a jif. They kept me informed via text when they would be arriving. I asked for lights since it was going to be a night activity and they provided large globe lights that lit up the tent with a great look. Everyone oohed and ahhed when I plugged them in. The tables & chairs were clean and their prices were reasonable. I'd use them again if I need a tent or other items.
