Both are great spots to hang out with large or small groups. Local at its best! At the time of this review, I've been to Walters on multiple occasions and have enjoyed consistently friendly and fast service, great drinks and really tasty food from the kitchen each time. They stock a great selection of favorite beers, domestic and imports, and the bar can pretty much mix up anything you want. I can vouch for the margaritas! Hot from the deep fryer, Walter Bombs pair with anything-they are HUGE tater tots, crunchy on the outside, moist and piping hot on the inside. Now that the pandemic is on its way out, I hear Walters is gearing up to bring back some of their special events (yes, I was eavesdropping at the bar). I hear Drag Queen Bingo will start up in August 2021. I am waiting for Halloween and hoping they host their big costume party because it is some great gown-up fun!

Terribly overpriced (think airport pricing) and poorly made drinks. The staff was very young and inexperienced while the "manager" on shift that night was obviously exceptionally high (could tell from his smell and severely impaired motor skills). I don't care for these types of establishments in general (game based experience for adults) but this was so bad that I feel compelled to warn others to keep your distance.

As an instructor and a role model to our child, she is incomparable and we'd pay a lot more than the (very) modest price she charges to have our little one learn from her every week. Truthfully, I can't say enough good things about her. The classes range from ballet, hip hop, tap, and jazz. As parents who have done it already know, for children's dance instruction, the teacher is what makes or breaks it. We couldn't be happier. Miss Ayanna is the perfect combination of firmness, gentle guidance, taking one's self seriously when it comes to the work and achieving excellence, while also having FUN and being goofy. I don't know how she gets a classroom of little ones to both listen to her and have a great time, but she does - without exception. Our child is making mind-body connections, has gained a noticeable confidence, and has actually started to follow *our* rules and guidance more consistently since joining Miss Ayanna's class. These dance classes are just a god-send. (And the recitals are so much fun.) I only wish we lived closer so that we could attend more classes - - she is in the Romulus R.A.C. for now, but will hopefully have her own studio soon. By the way, I'm honestly not a personal friend or paid reviewer for this teacher - just a really, really big fan.

Like... war things. The place was noticeably dirty, trash everywhere, cups on the floor, food containers and that mysterious sticky feeling no one wants to think too hard about. Staffing wise, it appears to be run by exactly two teenagers who looked like they were summoned mid-Snapchat and given a whistle. I'm not sure who was supervising who, but it definitely wasn't an adult. And the bathrooms? An adventure. Two out of three stalls were out of toilet paper, which feels like a bold choice for a place full of kids and parents who paid way too much to be there. For the amount of money we paid, I expected at least a basic level of cleanliness and maybe one employee old enough to rent a car. The kids had fun (because of course they did), but at these prices I'd rather just give them Red Bull and let them run in the yard. Would I come back? Only if I win the lottery and bring my own cleaning supplies.

Dynamite Park is a large park that is directly next to the Wayne County River Rouge park…read more                 Dynamite Park is a rustic area.  There are just a couple of picnic tables and no lavatories.  Nevertheless it is a nice location for a picnic.  The park has several areas set aside as wildlife areas.  A visit here can give anyone an overview of the present state of natural recovery in most places in Michigan.                 Deer, coyote, raccoon, opossum, hawks, fish and the occasional eagle frequent the place.  Look for tracks wherever you can.  During Spring and Autumn you may well cross paths with one or more of the wild residents.  This is an excellent place for birdwatching.  The birds that appear here range from waterfowl, to forest birds and meadow / open space birds.                 On the edge of the park is a trail leading to 'The Cliffs of the Rouge' which is a natural wonder featuring a set of cliffs towering over the River Rouge.  A visit in any season will provide a unique natural viewpoint to be enjoyed by nature lovers and appreciated by students of nature.                 Walking, hiking, snowshoeing and limited biking are all natural opportunities here.  There is plenty of open space for frisbee, baseball, football or soccer on the green fields near the water station.  The fields are not marked - these would all be impromptu games played with changing boundaries.  Have fun!
