I normally do not go to this clinic; however, I could not get an appointment with my doctor on such short notice so decided to set up an appointment with My Clinic. When arriving I was initially greeted by someone at the front desk. I was told who I would see for my appointment, nurse Gwen. After around ten minutes I was placed in a room and had my vitals taken. Once in the room they have a relatively minimalistic setup. There are around 2 chairs, a patient bed, and a small moveable desk. There was also a very cool touchscreen instrument near the patient bed which allowed you to look up various conditions and also had a 3D anatomy feature. I've had great experiences here. I initially went when I couldn't get my children in at our regular pediatrician at Baylor. I've been very happy with good, quality care. They had a program for those without insurance that allowed you to pay around $30 per month and you could then visit for a copay. It sounds great for a solution to no insurance. I have gotten shots for allergies, been treated for routine colds and flu and they treated my husband for more specific/special issues and referred him to a specialist when it went beyond their expertise. I only give 4 stars because they have been randomly closed on more than 1 occasion when I drove up there and at times the wait is long but not unlike other medical offices. Fraudulent business practices. Doesn't pay lab work as it says it will when signing people up to their monthly plan. Either incompetent or willfully. Either way fraudulent. Still getting collection notices from LabCorp. read more

Can you even do no stars? Came in for an emergency.. Didnt have insurance so signed up for their plan. They couldn't treat the problem.. I was stuck with a one year contract AND they kept billing me after the contract was up... Horrible . Oh.. And no refund of the extra 90 bucks they charged. read more

This is a small clinic. I only had a upper respiratory infection. What I found was Isamar was as beautiful inside as out. Dr. Maese was very nice and personable, someone I wish could bring her family over for a BBQ. I got a shot to help short term and I'm on my second to last day of pills. I cant comment on their 30$ plan and if they pay or not. Seems like it's pretty cheap if they cover all that. But what I can tell you is when I showed up I spoke to all of them as children of God. I showed interest in knowing them more than them knowing me. It made the atmosphere like being at home. This review may seem dumb but may times if is more about us. Well, it is really slow there. One I had a dislocated shoulder and did a check up within it was 108$ with insurance. Then I had to come back and have them fill out some paper work and they charged me another 108$ to do that. I will never come back here. The visit wasn't to bad, but to charge me for paper work Is stupid!! I also waited way to long in that room. Never again!! Charge me to do some paper about my shoulder all he had to do is sign it!! read more

you all are seriously the worst place to deal with!!! i went to you all for the low cost and come to find out you all took my lab money and didn't pay the lab who is now charging me the full amount of labs and now threatening to put me into collections...you all NEVER answer your damn phones!!!! if you had a thief in your office who took the money and didn't pay the patient's accounts then let us know for God's sake!!!! Reviews are not typically my thing - negative or positive, but this has been the worst experience ever. The "medical assistants" have repeatedly misread my charts (causing extreme concern and unnecessary worry) and speaking to an office manager seems unheard of. Mi Phan the PA I saw briefly is unresponsive and will not speak with me over the phone. I will never go back and you shouldn't either. This is the worst "doctors office" I've ever been to. The woman working at the front desk has been so rude both times I visited this clinic, right when I walked in. I ended up just walking out without even being seen the second time due to her horrendous attitude. The doctor I saw seemed to have no clue what she was doing and it cost me an arm and a leg. No stars. The worst experience ever. There is zero efficiency. Everything is very slow. The staff is very unprofessional.

I tried calling the office prior to my visit. The recording said the number dialed had been forwarded excessively and thus the call could not be completed at this time.( IMAGINE THAT. CALL AND YOU WILL GET THE SAME MESSAGE). The purpose of my appointment was for monitored cardiac rehab (approx. 10-13 wks). I walked into the clinic which was located in a rural small strip center in Red Oak. I walked into a packed reception area with kids/grown-ups and clip boards throughout seeking your billing info. I t seemed to take priority over the emergencies at hand. The office was obviously under staffed. A young lady at the entrance asked me for the purpose of my visit as she handed me my own clip board. I asked her about the rehab and the rehab area and she had no knowledge. It was obvious that my appointment was not going to be attended on a timely manner so my decision to leave was based on the fear of not receiving the adequate attention for rehab and the blatant disorganization. Terrible Service! Have called various times & sent to voicemail. Went in & took a long time to attend me & people that went in before me got attended first! After going in Doctor just looked at me & supposed a diagnostic (whats on my face so you can assume so quick)! So unprofessional literally went out through the halls talking about my diagnosis while patients where in the waiting room! & now let me ask How long does it take to send a fax to get blood work done?
