Long waits. They would bill you for sitting in their AC if they could. They charged me close to $100 to get my second vaccination and called it a visit since they asked about my summer; Called customer support to discuss bill and they said they have to charge for things like discussing your lab results, sending labs out, and receiving follow up vaccinations as a visit. No past medical history, just wanted a Primary Care Provider, but still paid over $200 for miscellaneous fees since insurance covers annual checks and vaccinations. All I requested was a prescription refill for medication I had received for years. My husband just requests CVS to send to his doctor's office and 6 refills are sent back to the pharmacy. I went to request a another 5 refills for the exact prescription I have received for migraines. Simply a medication that has no controlled substance or even available to order in the US if not worried about insurance. Albert Tuttle turned a 3 minute request for a prescription refill into a 20 unrelated questions turning a prescription refill to the point where we just hung up on this jerk. Just got a bill on my email from MYDRNOW that a guy at their customer service line told me that it was for a referral that a medical person made four years ago for me which I was completely unaware of and honestly know nothing about and probably was not even present in the office to ask for (to my knowledge). When I called a second time the gal reminded me that there was a pandemic...well duh in 2020 not in 2019 when this so called medical person made this so called referral for me. And to send a email four years later asking for payment... I recently went to one of the newer clinics located at Tatum/Bell with my daughter I asked one provider to order some labs for my daughter. A few days later the results came in so I made an appointment for my daughter and I to go in to review the labs I didn't care which doctor reviewed them because I had requested the labs and as a clinical nursing supervisor I'm very aware that any doctor can review the labs with patients so upon arrival the Medical Assistant stated to me that the provider who was in office wasn't for sure if she could see my daughter because she hadn't order the labs another provider did so I explained twice that no I requested the labs and just needed them to be reviewed and what steps to take the Medical Assistant then tries to tell me again that the provider wouldn't be able to help me because each doctor's specialty is different. I then again stated I just need them reviewed and then given some medical guidance on next steps for my daughter because I asked for the labs not the ordering provider and if the doctors can't read labs why are they working at the clinic which sees all types of patients for many different things on top of that again I've been the health care field since 1998 you mean to tell me this doctor couldn't assist me. So we left without being seen and not one person or provider has called to assist me with my daughter and her lab results. I'm very concerned about this and that provider... read more

Aside from my being here because my foot was killing me, I cannot imagine any way that my visit could have been more wonderful. Mary, who was at the front desk area was just wonderful. I was waiting for maybe 5 minutes and she came out from behind the desk twice, to ask if anyone would like a glass of water and to let each person know their estimated time until they would go back. It took no time at all to be taken back, where all of the staff (Doctors, X-ray technician, as well as the medical assistants) were all so amazing, professional, and polite. While nobody likes having to go to the doctor, I will absolutely be returning the next time I am sick or injured. read more

New insurance, so needed to find a new doctor in network. Did a walk in knowing it may be a long wait. They were able to get me in a descent time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Woooooooooow... Oh how they have fallen. After writing a 5 star review, it is almost unfathomable to believe a place can go from a 5 star to a 1 star in 5 months, but somehow they've achieved it. This doctors office MUST be attempting to steer people away by their blatant disregard for timeliness. How bad are they you ask? 4 HOURS LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT, LATE!!!!! Yes, you read right. I had a 2pm appointment on a Monday 2 weeks ago, and did not see the doctor until 6 PM!!! As someone who becomes furious at being made to wait even a half hour after an appointment, you can imagine my anger, but somehow I still maintained my decorum. I had pinched a nerve in my back AND sprained my ankle and wanted X-rays, MRI's, and meds for both to make sure I had not done MAJOR damage. I made an appointment the previous week to avoid this. If I had been working that day, you had BETTER believe I would have sent the office a bill for what I charge hourly. Because they can sure as hell can't think that they can make ANYONE with an appointment late. What if I was paid hourly to feed a family of 10, and worked 3 jobs??? This place COULD NOT CARE LESS. When I finally saw Dr. Trinidad, he was haggard, curt and disinterested. He wanted to X-ray me but didn't want to spend time ordering an MRI, which is what I ultimately needed. He X-rayed me, threw drugs and me, and without a goodbye, had a "nurse"(?) walk me out. It's hard to believe that this is the same place I had such pristine service from back in March, but they have declined, IMMENSELY. I will NEVER be returning, and have already found a new family practice outside of the Laveen "black hole" of Doctors. P.S. From my experience here I have never had a bad experience this is the second time I have used this place, in fact my husband has used them also and never had a problem. The place is clean no funny smells and the staff always pleasant. I've seen some of the negative reviews and they do not make sense. So I hope when people read this review as well as others look at what the negative reviewers expectations were. It's my first time coming in since getting a new insurance Cigna and I came in to get a primary physician. So far as a first impression the location and look of the place seemed empty a bit sketchy. I went in and the waiting room was empty I can in basically and hour early for my appointment and got to check in. There's not much in the front waiting room. It seems very new and lacks a lot of things I used to see in my other clinic which doesn't make me feel comfortable but they did let me in early I didn't need to wait more than 10 mins after checking in and I got my vitals take in a way I hadn't seen before compared to my other clinic but they were taken none the less. I'm now currently waiting in my room and you can hear everything even the other patients information and conversation between the staff. The room when I came in smelled a bit of Smokey but seems clean and kept up but like explain before very empty. I'm debating on switching doctor but I'll have to see. My experience has be alright and the staff has been fine and I will update once I'm my doctor finally attends me. Edit: I waited for my doctor for about 30 minutes which to me is an ok time. He allowed me to talk and explained myself and have amazing communication and kept asking me questions and made me feel heard. read more

This place is a pure joke. The concept is beautiful, convenient, and beneficial, but here it is poorly executed and waste of a business. A primary care doctor that allows you the versatility of different locations through out Phoenix and the flexibility of hours as late as 9pm and on Saturdays and Sundays. Not to mention paying just a bit more for house calls. For a busy mom like me this is dream. The issue? They have inconsistent employees staffed at their facilities. First you meet the front desk associate that wants you to tell all of you business to her in a waiting room full of people as of she is concerned. That appointment you scheduled earlier, she can't find it, but she is sorry. Have a seat for four hours and I'll ask the doctor to squeeze you in. The call center is scheduling appointments with physicians that don't even work for the company any longer. Of course you got the confirmation email, but Dr. Flake hasn't worked there for seven months. So, after my over two out wait (it felt like 4)I see the doctor that comes in complaining right off bat. I had two issues and she says I have too much going on and she may not be able to assist me. Okay... after all of that, we figure it out and I get meds sent to my pharmacy and go to pick them up. I get to the pharmacy and you guessed it, the pharmacy has received nothing and the office is closed. The most embarrassing thing about it is, this has happened to me three different times. Yes, I played the fool three times making an appointment only to be told I'd have to be seen as a walk in and wait. Serves me right for trusting the same people I trust with my health/life! Albert Tuttle was a telemedicine request for a prescription refill I have received for 5 years and simply wanted a refill after seeing the 5 refills would run out the following day. He was rude and condescending maybe because he dislikes women. He forced me to hang up on him. My husband gets this medication without even speaking to the doctor. CVS simply sends the request and is at the pharmacy. Albert Tuttle was so rude and annoying I hung up on him. My Dr. Now has been great. After telling they doctor my story I got another perception and it was they same story over again I have called them and received promises but they keep flaking or not doing what needs to be done ... I love this location. Fast friendly and professional. Dr. Teng is my preferred primary care physician. MiMi is amazing at blood draws I am an impossible stick. Always a convenient place to go to see a good doctor without having to go to urgent care. The girls at the front desk. Mary and Michelle were fantastic. They provided gast and friendly service. My daughter suffers from allergies around thos time of year and they tend to get pretty bad. We saw Kerstin McElvain. She was fantastic! She is the first person to explain to my daughter what is going on in her body when her allergies take over. We come every year to this location and I would love to see Kerstin again! I went to an appointment at the Mesa location and was very disappointed. I couldn't believe that I had to pay a co-pay to see Dr. Maureen Gay who was continuously yawning, stumbling around, and asking me to remind her why I was there again as she was about to fall asleep. I will continue to see individuals at specific location but because the individual I trusted is no longer there so I am trying to find an individual I like and trust. Unfortunately, their corporate office does the scheduling. I told the corporate office EXACTLY why I needed to make an appointment. They scheduled an appointment, but didn't bother to tell the staff the reason for my appointment. So, after 45 min and filling out a bunch of new patient paperwork, the NP comes in and informs me that this location isn't taking any new patients for what I need. She apologized and mentioned that if corporate had told them WHY I was going in, they would have called me and cancelled the appointment.
