Inventory for daaayyyyssss!! My friend and his girlfriend were in town and they needed a small connecting piece for a vape. I'm talkin, like a little tiny magnet that goes in between battery and cartridge! I found this spot on Yelp, it was close by to at least ask... and sure enough... Betty was amazing! She was so helpful and eager to help us out! She knew what piece we needed but didn't have it. We didn't expect to find just that piece. However, she showed us all the inventory of vape pens she sells and they came in all prices! From as low as $6! Well, Betty sold us a little simple vape that works super well and best of all it came with TWO of those magnet pieces we needed! lol!! read more

I appreciate that this location still sells Mango and Creme Juul pods while gas stations and liquor stores in my area do not. What I do not appreciate is getting pods that are 2 years old. I noticed the packaging was different and asked the nice woman behind the counter if these pods were legit and real. She seemed to take offense and said she was an authorized Juul seller and that I could check if I wanted. She also noted that Juul will not let her sell Mango or Creme in the 3%, only 5%. I didn't put two and two together at that moment, but after opening my pack of pods, I can now read through the lines. The color of the liquid in every pod is EXTREMELY DARK and the taste is off. I turned over the pod packaging to see a 2017 Juul stamp. WOW!!!! Ok so no wonder this shop is selling Mango and Creme still, because the pods are from their old inventory before FDA made Juul fruity and Creme flavors unavailable in stores. So yes, the pods I purchased here are legit, just very very old. HEADS UP! Also, with tax included one pack of pods is $38 and change, almost double what Juul charges directly from their site. I would only return here in an "emergency" to get fruity or creme pods. Bummer.... read more

Only go here in the mornings when the man is working. Good store , good products, higher priced than local competitors. The woman who works here is so overbearing , suspicious and rude to customers(although she tries to act nice). Ive come here for a few years reluctantly. The woman has a spare change dish and I was short 2 cents once, instead of letting me use the spare cents dish I had to break a 20 dollar bill, and I was a regular customer. Its rare to encounter someone with such a fake positive personality when you dont even know them. In the less than 2minutes I spend in the store I wanna leave ASAP. I will never go here in the afternoon. today I bought a 3.99 item and a 3.99 item and my total was 10.93.....I didnt argue I just left and I won't be returning. read more

I've lived in the neighborhood about four years, but only discovered Betty and her awesome shop about two years ago, when I needed to buy some butane. Her prices were so great! Ever since, my dog and I swing by My Dream every time we need something. Betty and I got to know each other quickly, and I enjoy our conversations so much, I'd probably still go there even if her prices weren't the best in town...but thankfully, they are. There are a few things in particular that make me really loyal to My Dream: She knows her stuff. My boyfriend loves her cigar selection and they get into really intense cigar discussions while I amuse myself with her bouniful selection of 420 stuff and fancy lighters. She gave me a really cute lighter for my birthday. She got Diet Pepsi for her beverage cooler after I told her how much I hate Diet Coke. She's hilarious. First off, all of the people who work at this store are incredibly friendly and helpful - especially the owner. And as someone who has social anxiety, I've never felt anyone in the shop - especially the owner - to be pushy or obtrusive. I've been coming to this store for two years, and driving 30 minutes out of my way - past SEVERAL other shops - specifically because of the humidor and incredible cigar selection (not to mention the large, well maintained selection in the rest of the store). Not ONCE have I ever gotten a dry cigar, and I've never had a problem with the prices. I don't bring a "humidity monitor" with me - because I'm not a sociopath - but the room is always very noticeably humid, and as I've said (*weekly* customer for two years, here) - not a single dry cigar, ever. I'm writing this new review mostly in response to a one-star review below (which I saw when coming here to check the store hours), whose complaints are so illogical and far-reaching as to be suspicious as to its intent: For one thing, giving an entire establishment a 1 star review for what is claimed to be "Strictly cigar section review" is intentionally misleading - at best. There is an entire shop outside of the humidor that you took no interest in. For another, the humidifier does not have to be running 24/7 - it only has to *maintain* the correct humidity. Claiming to be walking around with a humidity monitor is dubious at best, and suspiciously does not seem like something a real "customer" would do. A person doing such a thing is the type of person who is looking for problems to find, and those types of people will find problems regardless of their validity. Which leads to the content of the rest of the review, which is entirely unsubstantiated just by its own description: Misconstruing an establishment owner showing an interest in her customers and asking if someone needs help finding what they are looking for as her treating someone like a "thief" sounds absolutely unfounded. Looking at a customer ("glare"? Please.), and asking what they are looking for = being treated like a thief? That makes no sense, unless someone WAS doing something dishonest, in which case they would be *very* likely to misconstrue being looked at as being treated with suspicion. The fact that someone DISLIKES being approached a certain way is not something a human being can know before-hand. And implying that someone is snooping in on your phone because they approached you is basically an insult, and I can't understand where such vitriol in a review could come from after only one visit. If someone has such incredible social anxiety that they feel so much pressure by 1. Someone looking at them and asking if they need help, and 2. Standing near them, to the extent that they need to grab something they didn't even want just to get away from said human contact, then that is absolutely a personal problem and not the fault of a helpful, responsible business owner. That is not "being hurried", that is "FEELING hurried" (they admittedly don't like being approached 'this way') - which is a problem someone with social anxiety should realize is THEIR OWN problem. This is coming from someone who has social anxiety, but isn't narcissistic enough to think that means the world is out to get him. read more
