The bread tastes and feels very fresh and is nicely chewy and firm. The salsa that is served with the empanada is also really good, with a nice tangy taste. The owner of the cart has always been the same guy, and he's really great. He is always very kind and polite, and you can tell he cares a lot about his business and his customers. From studying at VCU, to now working downtown, it puts me in a good mood to see this business thriving.
