They were super quick to respond to my initial request via email and happy to accommodate our needs for the two days. It's located within an office building off of Baymeadows on the second floor. It's not a ginormous space, but does have a large, glassed-in conference room, individual offices, a communal table, kitchen area, and some cubicles. I only saw a handful of people over the two days we were here, so it is definitely not a loud space and everyone was very friendly. The price was reasonable for a day pass and I appreciated the use of the printer, scanner, and amenities like filtered water! Of course, they offer a variety of membership packages and rates which you can check out on the website. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again if in need!

This has a narrow parking lot varying between 2 parking aisles to 4 in front of Metro. The changing parking lanes can make driving through the parking lot a bit dangerous. This center has 4 ways in and out- one access off Southside is a right turn only- in and out. The plaza only has one entrance/exit that allows for left turns and that is at the most Western part of the center- entering to Metro Diner and FedEx. This in/out is most dangerous at rush hour. The anchor store is a large gym- Bailey's Gym. Add an assortment of restaurants, nail and spa services, pack and ship stores and more- it is a packed full shopping center. Another shopping center to be careful driving through!

This…read moreBusiness Parke has a few different sections- this one is off Sutton Park Court, right down the road from an elementary school and across from Landstar. Coming into work can be tricky with school traffic- it can back all the way to Hodges!!! Especially on bad weather days, although sometimes there simply is no rhyme or reason for the amount of parents dropping off the kids in the mornings. A couple years ago our office got notice that they were installing speed bumps because of people speeding through this tiny complex, except they installed 3, all at the front strip coming in and all about 15-20 feet apart. It's crazy annoying, especially since the entrance has a dip and I take it slow when turning into the complex. Then a few feet in- speed bump! Another few feet- bump again and then again and then I can turn off the whooping 30 foot span where it dead ends into the next section to turn either left or right. Mailboxes are centralized, and there is post office box for outgoing mail that gets picked up earlier in the day right on the sidewalk near my office- which is convenient! The buildings are nice, lawn and landscaping kept up. I rarely see trash and usually end up picking it up myself. We've had neighbors who have taken our parking places in the past- but currently don't have any of those problems. Each office has a designated number of spaces allotted to the building. The call center that was across from us for 2 years obviously broke that rule. I like our little office complex, I feel safe here- sometimes when I am left alone in the office the boss will ask if I want to be locked in, but I opt to keep it unlocked for deliveries and pick ups. It is relatively new, someone said it was built in the year 2000. I don't know why, but, at least for me, the year 2000 sounds new and not twenty-one years ago.
