I am told no by the first employee, but the second employee calls the owner to ask. After a few minutes on the phone, he tells me I can buy an $8 milk shake and he is willing to give me the ice cream and milk separately. I would pay $4 or $5, but not $8. Your 4 litre jugs cost $6, guys. As my child cries for milk in the back seat, I have decided this is undoubtedly NOT my favourite ice cream shop. I was willing to overlook the mediocre ice cream, overall grimy broken down atmosphere, but not the lack of common sense.

Be aware of the scoop sizes. You could find yourself struggling to finish yours because they're quite big.

Don't come across that much these days! - Double scoop ($7.00) - we decided to try the strawberry milk tea (vegan) and North 49 honeyberry. The milk tea could have been more prominent but we liked the unique flavour combination. Honeyberry was okay but I thought it was too light/subtle. That's an $88 order before any delivery or service fees are added. Abbey's Creations failed to provide me with any of the items that I ordered. First of all : The cake that I ordered was not in stock. Store policy is apparently not to remove an out of stock item from the menu but to call me after the order has been submitted and accepted (therefore Doordash does not give me my money back if I cancel) and tell me that my only option is to accept a different cake. I would not have submitted the order if I knew the original cake wasn't available. Secondly: they failed to include the three tubs of ice cream that I ordered and paid for in the delivery. So now I have zero tubs of ice cream and a cake that I did not want to begin with. Their only option for recompense is store credit at a place that I never want to have anything to do with again. Plus the credit is only for the ice cream that they failed to deliver and not for the cake in a flavour that they forced me into buying.

Hard ice cream has been consistent at this location and can't got wrong with their house made waffle cones and bowls. Overall pricy for what you get but it's delicious ice cream.
