Let me first start off by saying what Nicole has done for us is beyond amazing. She became close to us like family God blessed us under our condition to have Nicole by our side. She made a miracle glow and was by our side through out our whole pregnancy. Every visit she would acknowledge my daughter in my belly as well as my daughter Evelianna (first born) She's amazing at remembering names of everyone who came and we always looked forward to our next appointment!! She even showed us merchandise such as stuffed animals that we were able to record our daughters heart beat. As well as jewelry with our daughters heart beat and name we were able to put it on our daughter at the hospital. Nicole made us feel appreciated and full of happiness didn't bother her that my daughter had a birth defect. She became personal and showed her love not only at work at my first peek a boo but she showed her respect of our daughter as she passed we will forever be thankful for an amazing staff member like Nicole. From the start of a phone call Nicole Was extremely amazing Nicole welcomed us with opened arms great personality. Our family enjoyed how great she is doing, our daughter has a birth defect. Unfortunately we only have so much time that is unknown with her however, with out My first peekaboo we don't know. How else we would be able To capture our precious moments with her for us to remember. My partner and I unfortunately had a terrible experience with this business. I first want to share we were repeat customers prior to this and really liked the ultrasound tech in racine. However we will likely never go back due to how they treated this extremely avoidable incident. My partner and I went in on 01/26 for a DNA early gender determination test. Which per the website states "RESULTS WITHIN TWO DAYS!!!" A very deceiving claim, considering our sample sat in the building until 4 pm on Saturday 01/30. We did not receive our result until the following Monday 01/02. So I guess results within two days of the lab receiving it.. but they'll ship it out when they feel like it. Although we paid $130 and the package had overnight shipping. We specifically picked this business because we trusted their quick turnaround and wanted a more sterile environment than our home to avoid cross contamination. The ultrasound tech also said we would definitely get our results no later than end of day Thursday 01/29 putting us even more at ease. We we tried to call them on Thursday 01/29 during business hours with no answer and I left a voicemail. Called again early Friday and spoke with a woman who said she would provide us a tracking number shortly. Surprise, We never received a call back with the tracking number. We had to follow up with them on Friday evening, which is when we were told our sample along with, "50 other people's samples" , "never left the building". We had friends and family that flew and drove in from out of state for a gender reveal that was ultimately canceled due to their extremely avoidable negligence. I wish I would've remembered the woman we spoke with over the phone, but she stated verbatim that they would not give us a refund because if they gave us one, they would have to give the other fifty people refunds whose samples were delayed. She also made sure we knew they were a family owned business. A refund in my opinion was the least they could do. I am never one to leave a review at all, let alone a negative one on a family owned business.. but I was compelled to given the fact that they didn't care to rectify this situation and caused undue stress on me and my pregnant wife. read more

Today I got to come back because they were training someone (yay extra time to see baby) and I agreed to come in :) Great experiences each time. Nicole is amazing! She took her time to give me the perfect expierencd and actually showed me a bond as mother and daughter before my child was born. She allowed me to see my little one from 14 weeks along all the way up until my exact due date. She showed me a journey I couldn't ever get anywhere else. She is family!! Her loving heart, wonderful work ethic and kind care made things so much more beautiful during my journey. I have ptsd and she was nothing but understanding and wonderful to me.. We chose this ultrasound place to get our geneder ultrasound. They were outstanding! Scheduling was so easy and I even needed to reschedule, it was a breeze. Our technician Tane (sp?) was amazing, she made me feel right at home. Their facility is wonderful and the relaxing lullaby music they had playing was sweet. It took the technician a while to determine the gender as the baby was not cooperating well! She had wonderful suggestions for me to do that would encourage the little one to move and one of the worked. We purchased several heart beat animals and they were loved by grandma and great grandma. Such a special thing! Finally there was a missunderstanding about recording the session, my husband and I wanted the 1 week online access to the ultrasound as our family is mostly out of state and unable to join us for the session. The recording was not performed and I called the next day to see if there was a link and was told I didn't pay for the recording. I was very disappointed but could not afford to pay for another session. The manager of the racine location called me back and said she would schedule another session free of charge to do the entire ultra sound again so we could have the recording. I went back a few days later and experienced the same wonderful technician and experience, they even threw in a DVD for my trouble. It is rare that you actually find a business that will go above and beyond in their customer service. I can't think highly enough of this place, we will be back! read more

My husband and I recently drove from Waukesha WI to Racine to have our ultrasound imaging done as a present to each other. I am currently 35w3 days pregnant and have been wanting a second ultrasound since my 20 week appt. The racine location is very ease to find and so inviting when you walk in. I felt extremely comfortable with our ultrasound tech Nicole and she really made the overall experience just perfect for my husband and I. It was fun too!!! She had me moving in different positions because she was on a "mission" to get the best pictures possible. She spent extra time explaining the screen to us and it was so neat that she could angle pictures just right so that we could see what our little boy will actually look like! We learned some pretty neat things; he is going to have chubby cheeks, dimples and a full head of hair!!! The atmosphere, the people, the equipment (we ordered the heart rate animal, DVD and CD-ROM w colored photos-no copyright) and the overall experience went WAY beyond my expectations. Nicole not only helped us with our US, but she also gave me information regarding newborn photography and maternity pictures. That extra TLC and fantastic bed side manner was just what my husband and I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone and I will be telling all my pregnant girlfriends about it :) read more
