Absolutely terrible experience. I paid Robert Wade with My Florida Eviction for eviction court document preparation, and the documents were never delivered. Not only did he fail to perform the service, but he also refused to issue a refund for work that was never completed. This left me stuck, delayed my case, and forced me to hire an attorney and spend even more money just to move forward. This was a complete waste of time and money. I have a hearing tomorrow morning and asked for proof of the tenant being served. I was then told to reference an email that I never received and I was told to "have a nice day" and was hung up on. They filed but never received complaint (e file with court sign off) nor summons nor + never served by the process server. This is the second time that I deal with My Florida Eviction. The first time I just needed to deal with an eviction. And they did what they were supposed to and everything came out great. So I thought I could come back to them for other services. This time I needed them to file a lien on 2 personal properties, a service they said they provide. I wanna head to file the paperwork and send them money and they promised to have everything done between 4 to 6 weeks.It has been over five months and they don't answer my calls, they don't return my messages, and they don't answer my emails. They have kept my money and they have not done anything they were hired to do. Currently I am in the process of filling a small claim against them. We used this service for an eviction. We paid them almost $600 and they stopped midway through the process. Of that $600, at least $130 was to be paid for the sheriff to finalize the eviction. It never got that far and they have NOT paid the sheriff but rather pocketed the money. They do not return calls or answer emails. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau, of which they are not a member, and do not respond to them. They have been reported to the Florida Attorney General's office and do not respond to them. If they cared about their clients, the service they provide and their reputation, I am thinking they would respond to settle this issue. They obvious answer is that they don't care. I would not even give them one star. I was helping my father with his rental after my mother passed and so called Robert Wade would not stop calling once I made contact to see if might use his services. I mean three to five messages a day, long messages omfg! Anyways, I ended up going with him only because the courts would Brevard County Court workers would not accept my own filing I had spent all day preparing in their law library. In which is another issue being they have no right to give legal advice nor refuse your claim. And since Atty make money filing these suits for us people who can not all be law educated, small claims makes it easier for them to enter a justice system that was meant to be for small claim suits handled by the person. Anyway, that is another subject. Once I sent the check and all info, something happened with their phone number and I was unable to get a hold of them. After numerous tries and emails, he contacted me and gave me an update along with a new number. Well not long after that the number again had issues. Once again he claimed it was something to do with their internet company and that I would be receiving my information well, I expressed to him that I never got what he initially stated he sent and I expressed my dismay with the lack of contact which was unlike the constant 3 - 4 calls a day when he was trying to sell his services to me. He yelled at me and said I was rude and insulting. Well, I was a bit harsh but given his none responsiveness after he received the check and no updates for many weeks afterward who wouldn't be. I would have placed this review sooner, but my dad since passed and I have had other more pressing things to contend with. However, I felt that sharing my story was pressing for the public to hear and know about so I am sorry I waited so long. The system can become corrupt when we the people are not paying attention and stating the facts. HAHA and Nothing but the truth for that matter! Anyways, I never did receive any other notifications in regards to what transpired and shortly afterwards the tenant left and we sold the home so honestly I have no real knowledge of where the money went or what services were conducted other than the 185.00 filed with the courts and for some reason this January it was transferred to a new judge. Why I don't know this all happened in May of 2016 and the tenant left shortly after I paid for services. Don't use them and if at all possible file for yourself, that was the purpose of small claims in the first place, just find assistance in the correct filing if need be which many paralegals I have been told offer their services at reasonable rates.
