I understand florists sometimes have to make substitutions, but the flowers I received bore no resemblance whatsoever to what was advertised and paid for, and were worth a fraction of the money that was paid. I called P&B numerous times, sent emails and tried to contact them through their website but they never had the courtesy to contact me. I wrote a review on their website but do not see it posted. Their website advertises and shows photos of storefront locations in Brentwood and on Happy Valley Road, but these stores have been closed for several years and all calls made to any of their listed store phone numbers go immediately to the same voicemail. I know of at least 3 other people who have had the same issues. I DO NOT recommend this vendor.

When you call and try to get through your any of the locations it goes to a voice mailbox that hasn't been set up. I tried to send flowers to my mother for my birthday and they never arrived. I happened to be visiting from out of town and went to the store to find out why and you can see what I found. Totally disgusting that they haven't taken down the website and still take people's money. I tried to patronize a small business instead of a National chain and this is where it got me.
