After spending hours on hold trying to rent a dumpster from Waste Management, I finally gave up and decided to explore other options. I'm so glad I did. Using My Guys Junk Hauling was a great experience. Communication with My Guys was fast and clear before the job. Art and his associate showed up on time, picked up tons of garbage and yard waste from a renovation project, and thoroughly cleaned the area before they left. They worked fast and hard, and their pricing was almost certainly cheaper than whatever WM was going to charge me for a dumpster (had they been competent enough to do that). Would not recommend this company. They are unprofessional and unreliable, so save yourself the trouble. I called and made a verbal agreement for them to pick up some items. Since I work outside the home, I arranged for someone to be at my house to assist with the pickup. This was challenging, as most people I know have jobs. I am renovating my front yard and had a pile Of dirt,rocks, and soil in a yard debris bin that needed to be thrown out ASAP. I reached out for quotes and Arthur was very responsive and came the next day. He introduced himself and his brother and they were able to take the pile of dirt and rocks away within 15 mins and even folded up my tarp! Great customer service, reliable, affordable, and quick. I recommend these guys very much, had a renter move out and leave tons of garbage, even 2 freezers full of food and unplugged, 2 refrigerators, an old piano, bad furniture and tons of trash. I had a massive amount of cardboard, trash, and recycling from a recent move to a rural area. I had called 4 or 5 places who immediately declined helping me because of my location. Art answered my message on yelp almost immediately (on a Friday night nonetheless!) and said he would be happy to chat with me. I agreed to pay a little extra gas and then He drove for an hour and a half to get to me. The pricing wasn't bad at all for how much they moved out of my new home. They saved me SOO much time and hassle, and they were incredibly kind all the while. They let us know the day and time slot they would come out, and then informed us when they were on the way to our house. First thing after arrival, they inspected our junk and organized the loading of their truck to make everything went as smoothly as possible.
