I had already cut a small section of the ceiling below to assess what happened. The used a Wingtite Shower Drain Replacement, which installs entirely from the top. The older of the two then said there wasn't enough room to build a p-trap. He said he could do 1" pipe and it would fit between the floors. When he finished the p-trap was completely below the plane of the ceilings drywall. I told him this was unacceptable. He rebuilt it, but we still had to shave a significant amount of drywall from the ceiling patch. I would NOT recommend Anderson Plumbing

They came out and roto rooted it and it was just a simple black oil clog. Then they came next morning and pumped the tank at my house the next 3 neighbors to me all in a day.
