Edelman's has been the worst company that I've had to deal with. Their tech lied to us and stated…read morethat, "Carbon monoxide is heavier than air" and "that's why they recommend that CO detectors are placed near the floor" which is just blatantly wrong. We had CO detectors all throughout the house that never went off, including one in the basement next to the furnace. When I called them out on it, they said it was just miscommunication. I know that they telling their technicians this false information because a friend of mine had a different tech tell them the same lie. I requested a manager call me back and they assured me that they would but never did. We had to use their space heaters because they wouldn't turn our furnace back on "due to the carbon monoxide" and it took us 3 calls and a month in order for them to pick them up again. I had requested that they cancel our membership and they still charged us so I had to call them again. Never using Edelman's again.

I do not recommend that anyone wastes their time with this back alley service.
