The people are serious about working out and treat each other with respect. Along with my weight days and treadmill time, I love my warm ups in the sauna and all the classes. I do yoga every Sunday and sometimes hit up Pilates, strength training or Zumba. It's fun to see people working hard and seeing results. Today was my 49th birthday. I did a tough leg/glute workout and on my way out the door, Melissa and Alex wished me a happy birthday with a smile and offered me a free protein treat for my special day :)

Here goes nothing: The spray bottles can be empty when you're looking to wipe down the equipment, same with the paper towels. We're talking like 50%-60% of the time they're empty. Finding clamps is impossible, for such a big company you would think clamps would be littered everywhere. If you have your own I suggest you bring them. The outside trash cans are ALWAYS full. The faucets in the men's restroom are starting to leak, the hand dryer has been broken for at least 1 month now. On top of it all their customer service SUCKS. The counter crew is always busy on their personal phone or talking to other team members/customers about non related gym things, all while Ignoring the people that are coming in to workout. I've had countless experiences where I walk in and there's no acknowledgment or good bye when I leave. If you're a pretty girl working the counter, FORGET ABOUT IT, 10 out of 10 times the manager/supervisor are distracting them from taking care of the customers. I've over heard, in passing, conversations that don't involve work. That same scenario includes a no greeting when I punch in or good bye when leaving. This place is clean enough, better than it use to be. Props to the cleaning crew!! I've been a member at this gym since 2019, before that I would go on/off because I didn't live here. I've been a 24 hour member since, I believe, 2006. Management matters and this time around it isn't so hot. My main reason for staying here is for the convenience of the location.

I have gotten healthier and stronger, and I've gotten better at training, and I've met fantastic people on the staff and in the gym. The equipment is great, and they have everything I need. Imagine that your coaches were actually useful and genuinely invested in your training. They actually care about more than just squeezing another PT session out of you. That said, NLB is more than just a group class. Everyone knows everyone's name. You'll develop some relationships with people, and it's nice to have someone to talk to in between sets. It makes strength training feel less lonely. Training here feels like you're hanging out with your friends. 5/5 - Wouldn't change anything.

It was meant to be. They knew that THIS was the place I needed to find. At first I thought that this place was a little expensive, however they caught me in a moment of desperation so, I didn't really care. I ordered two phenomenal fruit salads at $19 a salad (I think the delivery app charged more than their normal prices). They were only open for another 14 minutes so I was a little worried they wouldn't take my order but they did! Once my order arrived, all my fruit dreams came true. Even at the potential up-charge of $6 on the food app, I'd have paid it again and again. The amount of fruit they give you is insane. The food container is so heavy. Not only do they give you a ton of fruit, but every piece in here is perfectly ripe and sweet. The quality control is top notch. They didn't skimp with their cinnamon, raw honey or Greek yogurt either. This is well worth the price in my opinion. You'd get a fruit tray at a grocery store with less quality, less types of fruit and no honey, cinnamon or yogurt for the same price. They have a new customer for life with us. She does not do well in group sports, even though she tries very hard. Because of this, I'd been looking for some kind of sport or physical activity that fit her. Impact Jiu Jitsu recently moved into our neighborhood, and we gave it a week to see if it would work out for her. Not only did they offer a full week (3 classes) with a very nice loaned gi, they also took extra time with her to help her get comfortable with the facility and the staff. Speaking of the staff, my wife is very hard to impress. But she goes on and on about the quality of the teachers there. They are knowledgable, they are so patient, they are focused on safety, and they are fully engaged. My daughter has finally found "her thing," and is excited to go to every class. We're absolutely delighted with every aspect of this gym.
