A deceptive, lying, and false-advertising business. I received a letter announcing that My Hearing Centers was offering a "free" hearing test "and examination." I called them and made an appointment. They contacted me no less than three other times by phone and text to make sure that I am on time and and that I arrive 15 minutes early to fill out an application. I did my part on time. A man named Brian or Bryan introduced himself and took me to his office (not an exam or testing room). There, he wasted 45 minutes of my time with a sales pitch. There was no hearing test or examination as advertised, astoundingly they insisted that I bring the advertisement-letter with me! This business relies upon the public's good faith and honesty to keep an appointment, but they miserably fail on their end with dishonesty in adverting and performance. There is an old adage, "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me." I won't give them a second chance since the shame is on them. read more

Such a wonderful office! I've taken my grandpa here for 3 years now and every time I'm impressed with the level of care and concern the staff has for him. I can always rest assured they he is getting the best help and the difference his new hearing aids have made in his life is unbelievable!!!!! I remember the first time her got his new hearing aids, my grandma was in tears about how much of a difference it's made. I can't say enough good things! read more

My wife was having a hard time hearing, the tv was to loud, she didn't enjoy an entertainment and I had to repeat things. We called around to different hearing center. They had a hard time meeting our need until we talk with Jackie. Then we met Judd, he was the greatest took all the time we needed and answer all the questions to our satisfaction. They are the best and you could never go wrong with them. I am a happy camper. Great to have the wife hearing. read more
