Blurry vision bad customer service! I went to ClearVision Eye Centers in Pahrump. Megan at the counter gave me paper work to fill out she said I could either do it with her verbally or I could fill out the paperwork myself. I explained that I could not see and I would like to do the intake paperwork verbally to which she told me to sit down and fill it out and would not assist me. I kept saying I can't see this or read it and she made my wife help me fill it out and would not intake me verbally. Note: Everytime I go to the counter it appeared that Megan was handling her personal business at work and ignoring the customers standing at the counter. Upon getting called back I was walked away from. I had a boot on my right foot due to a broken toe and the people who were walking were running away from me and I kept telling them I can not walk that fast but they refused to slow down. Often times they would walk down the hallway around to another room and disapear. They would have to come back and get me and instruct me where to go beause they were not patient enough to wait for me to catch up to them. Once I recieved my glasses I could not see correctly and was told to take some time to get used to them. Now if I wish to have my glasses fixed where I can see I have to go back there and talk to an optometrist to get them fixed. This was an extremely bad experience for me. I am not sure what these people get paid for but it is not for doing a good job or being kind to people, that is for sure! read more

What a great place I was just traveling down 160 with the glasses I was wearing fell off my face... Glasses I had just paid freaking $500 for... I'm like great, I'm 800 miles from my optician out here working, my job literally is cinematography and I'm on my way to the shoot so I needed those damn glasses immediately. Google "optician near me" walk into this wonderful friendly atmosphere with by the way VERY cute ladies running it who took my glasses, fixed them in 5 minutes and refused to charge me despite me begging them to! My three kids and I all go here for our vision health and needs. The staff and doctors are always nice and patient. This is my second time seeing their newest doctor and she is amazing always takes her time and makes sure all my questions have been answered. The glasses selection is good and they are always nice to let me know which styles are completely covered by my insurance. We all wear glasses so it nice not to have to pay too much out of pocket as I tend to get the upgrades on the lenses. read more

My experience was a 10000/10. From Aryanna who helped get us ready and was very sweet to Dr.Henkel who had amazing bedside manner and gave my boyfriend and I the perfect prescription. To finish off Angelica was outstanding to say the least. She took her time to help us find the best glasses that matched us perfectly. She was so patient and made sure to hear my concerns with previous frames I had with a different office and once the glasses arrived she was very quick to reach out and let us know. I just had another eye exam and once again I felt like all my concerns about my vision were addressed for the second year in a row . I'm very grateful I have not been able to wear glasses since I was a teenager and because of Them I am . I have a lazy eye and it's very difficult to find something comfortable . Thank you again ! Only reason why I gave four stars is because when I picked up my glasses the fitting ended up making them uneven so since they are not leveled correctly they are taking me longer to get adjust too. I am going to go back to have them fixed ! I still highly recommend this place the doctors are amazing . read more

My rights as a customer to get a product was violated I originally was given the wrong prescription on the glasses and the person attending me had given me attitude and didn't want to fix them and she said she would give me a refund but the insurance wouldn't give me the credit Then when they did speak to the insurance they "fixed" them but left the lens out when I called to have it fixed again, I received a call yesterday from Mr. B Matthew told me the glasses are ready to pick up but I was no longer welcome there in the future and they comment was entered in their system that (I'm no longer welcome there). This is a disgrace and very unprofessional for a supervisor. I wasn't planning came back this business. read more

Fabulous! The doctor, front desk girls and the eyeglass specialists are all terrific. I felt like any question I asked was answered. I picked a really nice pair of frames for my bifocal sunglasses. My insurance covered much of this visit. They were up to standards with the covid-19 protocol. Looking forward to picking up my two pairs of glasses in 2 weeks. read more

I had my eyes examined there at their clinic on Basin a few weeks ago. Everything seemed ok until I got my new trifocal lenses. Neither the distance nor the close up parts were as good as my previous lenses. I then did something I had never had to do before, I went back to my old lenses. I then returned the new lenses to them with a letter explaining why. So far no response and I doubt I will get one. I only realized after this happened that during the eye exam when he was testing my eyes for the prescription I never got the near perfect focus I had from previous optometrists. read more

I do have to say I was a difficult patient, Dr. Dutton had to re-examine me four times to get my glasses to work. I am a cancer patient thus making my eyes very hard to work with, the staff was wonderful and treated me awesome every time I went in. I would definitely refer this office to anybody who needed glasses. read more

Easily the best experience I've had with an optometrist in the last decade. Dr. Dutton is a mild-mannered professional. Polite, friendly and thorough. Previously, I have had issues getting an accurate prescription on both glasses and contacts. This is the clearest I've seen with my glasses and contacts in a very long time. Thank you, Dr. D. You should be ashamed of yourself and your company on March 23 we went to the pshrimp office and had our exams I ordered glasses I paid cash for them at this .7 weeks later still don't have glasses and I talk to a manager and he told me oh they went to the wrong office and we're going to just mail them to you because I asked for a refund this is how this place operates bad bad bad Do not go to this location obviously they have poor customer service no manners whatsoever and obviously they don't really care whether my glasses that I still don't have fit or don't fit bad choice Lousy customer service all around read more

I went to pick up a pair of glasses that I ordered and the office staff made me stand out in 100 degrees while they talked. They were to reopen at 1:30 and had me standing there for over 15 minutes. When we lived in Las Vegas, Dr. Dutton worked at the Clear Vision location off West Sahara. Now we live in Pahrump, NV and found out he works only at the Clear Vision here in Pahrump. Dr. Dutton was very nice, did a thorough exam, however the front staff who actually sell you your glasses were RUDE. The young woman who waited on me was impatient, handed me 3 frames & became irritated when I wanted to try on more. Every frame I put on she told me looked great so as to be done with me. Then she did the upsell routine & when I turned her down no less than 4 times she was belligerent & would not take no for an answer. I am sitting there with dilated eyes, everything is blurry & she is bullying me into getting upgraded lenses. After 10 minutes of wrangling the other saleswoman says to give me 20% off, a $60 upsell instead of $80, & to get the hell away from her I relented. When I went in to pick up my glasses a week later the woman at the desk was equally as rude & told me I owed $50 on my glasses. I told her no, I did not & produced my receipt & then she said okay & gave them to me. Bottom line I let myself get bullied into a $60 upsell that I did not need or want & now that I can actually see I hate my frames as well. I would never go back & even though the doctor was very nice it isn't worth dealing with his staff. read more
