No way of measuring how much clothing is being sent for wash and fold. Then it gets worse. No receipt of any kind is offered describing what we dropped off to them and how (3 large garbage bags). No proof of any kind of service was being provided. Stupid me, we gave our clothes to them. It'll be ready in two days they said. Two days go by no clothes. A machine broke they said, it'll be ready tomorrow (1 day late) fine so we are supposed to get a call from them when the delivery guy is coming. No call all day. We finally call end of the day to find out status. The mechanic didn't come, it'll be ready tomorrow. Oh no way we're coming to get the clothes. We drive down there. The clothes aren't there. Ahmed has them at another store. They'll be ready tomorrow they say. Oh no, get those clothes here right now we say. We get our clothes back which we must wash by hand because we have nothing. These people are a joke and totally unprofessional. They never intended to do what they promised when they promised, and had no desire to pick up the phone and keep us appraised of the status. A real business would do that. They are a joke. They take customers for granted, they are unprofessional and clearly not reliable.

I asked them to remove a visible water spot on a 100% cotton Jill sander men's topcoat. When I picked the garment up one week later, there was no visible improvement. They offered to try again and returned the garment to me one week later in a completely unwearable form: the entire back of the topcoat was covered with stains, evidently from a harsh cleaner used in treating it. The final indignity was that the original water stain wasn't even removed. The jacket was irreparably ruined and I had to toss it.

The first I brought in a week and a half before and was not ready when it was supposed to be, they did not care and told me o had to come back the next day. Thankfully I was able to before leaving for the wedding. Thinking I didn't leave enough time for the alterations and that this was a fluke I brought a second dress several months later. When I arrived the even I was supposed to pick it up the alterations were done but they had made a giant grease stain on the front. The clerk agreed they had caused it but showed no remorse whatsoever for having caused it nor for my dress not being ready. I explained that I had to leave at 7am the next morning to drive to the wedding I was a bridesmaid in and he said nothing could be done. After arguing for several minutes and threatening with refusing to pay and legal action he called the owner and they said they would drive it to my house. That night at 7:00 I receive a phone call that I need to pick it up I arrive at 7:05 to find they had closed and left for the night. I will never be using this dry cleaner again and will advise everyone I know of what happened.

But my best story of Linders excellence is a recent trip with a very expensive heavy sweater (Faherty brand) to alter it in a practical way for me. The sweater was special in that my son gave to me so I love it and wanted to wear it but it was an over the head not a cardigan.
