My experience with this practice has been incredibly disappointing. Eight months ago, I had a procedure that cost a significant amount of money. Following my procedure, my doctor and I discussed that some areas would need a minor correction. However, because I live out of the country, I wasn't able to do it immediately. When I was finally able to return to the practice, I was informed that my original doctor had left. I was told that the practice's founder would be taking over her patients, so I scheduled a consultation with him. He agreed that the areas my previous doctor and I discussed did, in fact, need to be corrected. Unfortunately, the estimate I received was for the full price of a brand-new procedure, not for a corrective one. When I questioned this, I was told that the only way for the procedure to be treated as a correction was to find my original doctor and have her perform it. After spending so much money on the initial procedure, I expected the practice to stand behind their work and make these corrections. I understand that I may have to pay something, which my original doctor and I had discussed, but having a patient pay twice to get the outcome that should have been achieved with one procedure is wrong. The way this whole situation was handled was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this practice. My advice to anyone considering a procedure is to be very clear about how corrective procedures are handled, not just by the doctor, but by the office, before you commit to a practice. Dr.Kuperan kind, compassionate, understanding, a great listener I can't express how kind I needed a nasal endoscopy. He was very gentle great bedside manner as they say I need surgery and I think he would do a great job. for my generation The online forms are the new paperless way not my preference. And the loud music in the lobby makes filling out the forms, tedious and distracting do your forms before arriving ( I never do) beautiful waiting area, attentive, kind staff Dr. Kuperan listened patiently to all of my questions and concerns and offered practical realistic answers with a long range risk assessment. I WON'T REFER FRIENDS OR FAMILY. I wanted to leave honest feedback so others like me, who don't get cosmetic procedures regularly, and are considering spending their money on a specific procedure will be WELL informed. I had a medical procedure with Dr. Erica Sato. The office will ask you to leave a review early on, but wait a few months. While the doctor is nice and did a good job, I honestly believe an older, more experienced doctor would have done an excellent job and would have removed the most fat allowed (not requiring an overnight stay in the hospital). Tummy Tucks and Lipo are considered once in a lifetime, costly procedures for me. The doctor was in my opinion too conservative, so I might actually need to go to another doctor in the future to address the spots/areas where I believe she could have/should have removed more fat. So, during your consultation visit, have her mark on you and tell her what areas YOU want her to specifically focus on, in addition to what she normally does! Be sure that SHE does it again before surgery, and discuss, so she knows beyond a shadow of a doubt what YOU want her to work on! Dr. Sato recommends endermologie after certain cosmetic procedures FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS with a specific person. Know this, endermologie is great at breaking up scar tissue, that's it! You can't get it too soon, because your body will be healing and sensitive. Once you start endermologie treatments and no longer feel scar tissue (they feel like hard spots on your body), stop going. Endermologie temporarily inflames and puffs up your skin and causes longer term bruising. It's supposed to help with cellulite, but doesn't (because the effects are only temporary). You don't have to go to the person she recommends. You can go anywhere that offers endermologie, but check them out and look at their reviews, so you don't end up with someone with "biases" and a personality you might not like! If you ask Dr. Sato questions after your procedure and after the endermologie treatments about why more fat wasn't removed, or why your before and after pictures aren't night and day, be prepared for her to say you have some other condition. If she didn't mention you having specific issues or concerns during the consultation, pre-op and post-op visits, her comments are invalid. Also, they sell a bunch of products, including compression garments, vitamins and skin care products. These products are very expensive and don't necessarily work well, they are just the products this office is selling. Read online reviews before you spend your money, unless you have money to blow. Don't buy any garment unless they measure you for it. Once you take a product out of the package, it's yours (their words), even if the doctor recommends it and the product doesn't work/garments don't fit/or last as long as you think an expensive product should. This office doesn't give refunds on anything for any reason, they will refer you to the product manufacturers. The bottom line is this, I won't be recommending friends or family here. The doctors and staff are too flippant/nonchalant about the amount of money patients spend on cosmetic procedures or products. They continue to recommend this product or that procedure, all for their sake, not yours. Please forgive any missed typos! read more

Horrible experience. Arrogant, uncaring, dismissive and unprofessional. Unresponsive to my questions and concerns. They wanted to charge me for services not yet performed 3 weeks in advance (not surgical). Stunned they are in business. It was not until I wrote a bad review that I finally got someone to respond to my questions. I simply wanted to know what was injected into my face. Three weeks later I got a fuzzy response. I seen Dr. Harirchian for a Consultation for a rhinoplasty. I didn't see match difference on the after picture's she was showing me how my nose would look like. She did take her time with me but i didn't see a wow factor... I went home thought about it and I called Dr. Harirchian assistant the next day and told her how I felt. She said she was going to speak to Dr. Harirchian about seeing what and how she could work with my nose . Give me the wow factor. I was ready to do the rhinoplasty if there was a wow factor since I was paying about $10,000 but no one ever called me back. It's been weeks.. Good thing is I guess I'll keep my money and love start loving my nose read more

Dr Boutros is a great surgeon and a caring person. He was there for me through some very difficult issues after reconstruction surgery from breast cancer (another doctor did a bad job) and I can't say enough good things about how much he helped me physically and mentally. My appointment is at 11am today. Check in at 10:45 am fill out new patient forms, finish at 11am . The assistant call me in at 11:40 am put me in the room wait there again no one show up . Walk out of the office at around noon. The receptionist ask me who did i see today...... no one ...... wait around for an hour and no one even checking in to let me know they are on time or ..... Dr.Rednam and her team were great from my first consultation to my follow up after surgery. Dr.Rednam took her time to educate me and answer any questions I had in regards to surgery. Her coordinator, Stephanie really worked with my schedule and was able to fit me in within my time frame the same day as my consult! This was my first surgical experience and Dr.Rednam's nursing team really went out there way to show they cared and were so understanding of it all. Dr. Scott Reis and his staff are the absolute best. I had torn my earlobe from wearing earrings at night and Dr. Reis did an incredible job stitching it. My earlobe is completely sealed and will be ready for re-piercing in a couple of months. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful and Dr. Reis explained the entire process and answered all my questions.
