Natalie did a good job explaining my financing options. I went in for a consultation. Dr. Ravi did a great job explaining the procedure. He answered all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. I left out very informed. I was also shown the details and the step by step process for the tummy tuck. There was no rush or pressure from them to make a decision that day. Well I have had a hole in my left breast for 7 months . This is a update from A earlier review I posted couple months back. This is all because of this internal bra I was pushed to pay another 10000 for . It's keeping the whole from closing. I have already had one procedure that took me out of school for 3 weeks.... Now it's happening again and no way I can take that time off again and don't finish school till June at which point I willl have had a hole in my boob for almost a year. I have had to come in at least 20 times to have a like gun powder looking substance that burns put in the hole to promote healing that isn't working. Yes it's smaller . Will ad picture . No underwear bras . Missing school gas for all these appts due to this. To boot, two times ago his nurse found lumps in the other breast told me to immediately see doctor and for three weeks mri and ultra sound at the end of year , can't do mammogram due to hole. Freaking out for 3 weeks and it's trauma from my breast job go figure. I want my boobs completely redone for 21000. Yet he blames anything else or ignores me completely and offers nothing . Paid to have FaceTite done, and I was told that I was a candidate for it, and when he was done I asked if he did FaceTite and he said no because he could have left me with a superficial burn. I couldn't do or say anything at that point because he had already done the procedure. So he changed it to lipo and was given Morpheus8. All he had to do was do the FaceTite from the get go, which is what i paid for, and that also works to burn fat but instead he did Vaser lipo and well he took too much fat out that my skin was too thin to do FaceTite. Instead of going thru just one procedure I had to endure Morpheus8 2 more times. Regardless that they numbed me it was still painful. After all was healed I was left with fat on the left side of my neck and loose skin. I was back and forth with his office manager Bridget to see if he could fix it. He was going to fix it but I had to sign a a release of liability. Which I did not want to sign because all he was going to do was lipo again I was afraid what if he went in and messed me up again. I wasn't taking any chances. I tried to see if he would reimburse even half of what I paid but was told by his office manager that I had said I was happy with what was done. How could i say i was happy if i wasn't completely healed. I even mentioned to his office manager that I had gotten with another plastic surgeon and they said I could have gotten FaceTite. His office manager in turn said every surgeon will have their opinion. Of course she would say that because she has to defend her employer. From the get go on the day of my procedure my husband noticed that Dr. Ravi was running behind and voiced his concern to Bridget and her response was "Have you ever had surgery done?" he told her he didn't want Dr. Ravi rushing when it came time to do my procedure. She was very rude and that was unprofessional for her to even ask that. I'm sure someone on his team is going to respond to this. I will NEVER go back to him to have anything done. All trust is lost towards him. I had to go elsewhere to fix what he had done and guess what they used FaceTite without any problems! read more

I had a tummy tuck,Lipo suction and a BBL. My results were good. I'm most pleased that I was safe and had no complications with surgery. I look great in clothes but I will never be able to look great in a swim suit because I have terrible scars from BBL and one side of my tummy tuck scar is higher then the other side. Dr. Ravi was professional from the very start. The consultation was both informative and reassuring. I got a mommy makeover that included a breast lift, breast implants, tummy tuck, lipo, and bbl with fat transfer. I am very pleased with everything from the way I was treated, to luxury office space, to the procedure staff that handled me on my day of surgery. For a very intense surgery that combined several surgeries, I am most impressed that he and his staff made sure that I was doing everything by the book so that my health stayed up to par during recovery. Before surgery, doctor Ravi collaborated with my blood doctor and heart doctor, as my family has a long history of blood clots. he made sure that it was safe to proceed with surgery and also that everyone was taking precaution before, during and after my procedure. I was taken care of. Unfortunately, 3 weeks after surgery, I was involved in a very bad car accident. Dr. Ravi and his staff, didnt just dismiss my concerns because they were done with me, they saw me twice, I was examined and given true feedback and diagnosis. Visited the office because my doctor is 4 hours away in Denton. I was told by the Dr that she cannot do Botox around my mouth area that she would not know how to begin to find the muscle. I'm not a client/patient I only came about this Dr by way of having transporting a client for her procedure and I was her ride. Well her appt was for 2:30 got her there on time and her procedure was pushed back an hour so by the time 5pm got there I was getting concerned and I texted her to see if she was ok. Didn't hear back and then around 5:30 I tried calling, no answer. Now I'm worried. I called Dr's office and the after hours message came on, no sense in leaving a message that won't be answered until the next day. I went into the bldg to see what I could find out. So the door was locked tried knocking but no answer. Went down hall to see if anyone could assist me and I was able to ask another tenant that was very helpful to me. We walked back to another door and then someone came out of the office and I asked if my client was there and she said yes as if I should have known that. She I believe her name was Laura though not sure then looked at me as if I was bothering her and I asked how much longer did she think she would still be detained and she simply looked at me again like how the hell do I know. Well needless to say she was rude and unprofessional to say the least and I felt I needed to write this review because I'm tired of people thinking that they can talk, treat people any kind of way and that's ok. Well it's not! Young, old (seasoned) respect isn't too much to ask for and if you're in a field that all you're doing is collecting a paycheck and not giving the best of your service then maybe you need to rethink the area of work that you're in. I would never ever go to this doctor again yet alone let him touch me. He is polite and nice but he does not know what he's doing. I got botched by him. I was very excited to get breast augmentation and my results from the very beginning were awful. My breast were bottomed out right away because he made my pockets too deep. When I had addressed that issue with him. His response to me was to take out my implants wait about 6 months for them to heal then do another breast augmentation. On top of that I would have to pay again for hospital fees and anesthesia, and he wanted to reuse same implants (gross) So bizarre because that won't work. I went to other experienced surgeons and they all told me I will need a stratus which is a surgical bra that will hold my implants. That device alone will cost about $4500 plus to correct his mistake. I've gotten quoted no less than $14,000 to fix his mistake. When I had told dr. Ravi about stratus he said ok we can do that too. Why do I even need to tell someone who's a "doctor" on how to do his job and what he should do. I'm not even a doctor and based on the information I've gotten from other doctors along with the research that I did myself I already knew the only way to fix this issue is either to explant completely or get another augmentation with stratus. To make matters worse I went to him few months after my procedure to get Botox since I had credit with him and he screwed that up too. My left eye got really droopy because he does not know what he's doing. He injected too much and too low on my forehead. I was in complete shock and was so disappointed in myself for ever going to him and trusting him with my body. Please please do your research and go to someone experienced. read more

I went to Dr Ravi often as he is kind and gentle- knows what he is doing. However- my last visit I had to write a check as I was In a hurry and forgot my card at home. The following morning I receive a call from the office staff stating that Ravi said my check declined. This simply is NOT possible in the very least. I check my account online and the payment processed. I even took pictures and sent them via email to the accountant. But I still get " your check was declined" I then took another picture, emailed it to prove the payment went through. They insisted it did not. For me, this was absolutely demoralizing and humiliating. I tried to rationally work this out but they were rude and had no desire to listen or even believe my bank statement. I then receive a letter in the mail that they will sue me if I do not pay in 10 days. I've been a loyal client for two years and this is how they treat me. I'm still speechless and very angry about this situation. I'm not sure how 2 separate snap shots of my bank statement and showing the payment went through could be considered on their end a lack of payment. IM DISTGUSTED! read more

I recently had chin liposuction done with Dr. Ravi in August. From the moment I walked in to the office for my consult I felt at ease and completely comfortable. Every single staff member was attentive and kind. Dr. Ravi listened to me, answered every question, took his time and got me on the schedule ASAP! I was completely awake during my chin liposuction procedure and I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort, the nursing staff was amazing, we talked, joked, laughed and they kept my mind at ease since I was scared and nervous at first! Dr. Ravi did an amazing job and my results were instantly noticeable!!! This procedure changed my day to day life and has given me so much confidence! I feel beautiful! The recovery wasn't so bad either! The first week or two were tough but totally manageable. I was back to work within the second day after my procedure! The massages are important so do them!!! It will hurt but you have to do them to smooth out your neck! My post operative appt. went great! I love Dr. Ravi and all the staff at his office! Definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone. I also have seen Dr. Khan, she is their facial plastic surgeon. She's done my Botox twice now and she is amazing, little to no pain and she's very talented! 2 weeks ago today I had a breast augmentation with silicone highly cohesive implants. I was super nervous because this was my first surgery of any kind. As well as, I only know 2 people that have had any plastic surgery. I had to rely on my own research and meeting doctors to choose my doctor. From the moment I met Dr. Ravi I knew he was my surgeon. Dr. Ravi started my consultation by asking me what I did not like about my boobs. He asked what my goal through surgery is for my boobs and asked me for wish pictures of what I would like them to look like. Based on what I said I wanted to look like, Dr. Ravi gave me a surgery plan. This was silicone implants 560 CC's in the right and 650 CC's in the left. This would correct the difference in size of my boobs and would achieve the look I wanted from my wish pictures. Dr. Ravi went over a breast lift along with implants as well as a lift without implants. He let me know that based on what I wanted a lift was not necessary. Dr. Ravi also explained to me why other surgeons would try to push me into doing a lift along with the augmentation. Dr. Ravi ultimately reminded me that these are my boobs and we are doing this to achieve MY goal. By the end of my first consultation I was happy and I trusted the plan Dr. Ravi recommended for me. By the end of the 2nd visit I was convinced I trusted this doctor with my life. Throughout the entire process I had zero doubt in my mind and I was positive I was making the correct choice. The rapid recovery method Dr. Ravi practices is truly rapid. I feel great and my incisions are very small and very clean. They look like just a wrinkle line where the boob folds. Dr. Ravi takes pride in his work. At my post op appointment he told me when the surgery was over he looked at me on the table and looked at my wish pics and told his team "Damn! We nailed it!". Dr Ravi and his staff are amazing! From the very first phone call I made both Carla and Natalie were so very informative and caring. I scheduled my consultation and went in with ideas of what I wanted. Dr Ravi listened to my ideas and then explained what would ideally work with my individual body type and my vision of what I desired. I've been going to dr.Gopathi for a while for fillers. sadly, today she has LOST a patient. The office has two new receptionist, which I met today for the first time. After speaking to one of them last week (Thursday) about having the Dr. honor a special that was due to end, for the following Monday which would be my next available day to take off work. She called back and left a voicemail saying she could and to call back to set it up.. when I did (during my lunch break) she said I had to pay over the phone.. I asked her since I've been coming to her for a while and don't get paid until Friday would I be able to pay Monday before my appointment? She said she could ask the dr for me, I told her if she could please call back with an answer or leave a voicemail so I knew what my next step would be. Saturday I received an email confirmation, confirming my appointment for Monday which I did. When I got to the office, I didn't have an appointment, and the receptionist I spoke to actually LIED and said we had ended our conversation with the fact I had to prepay. She apologized only for the miscommunication. When the manager came out, she was rude, solely put the blame on the fact I should have called back. When I asked her if they receive a notification when someone confirms their appointment, she said yes they do. However they didn't see that there was a conflict? And had already filled my time slot without any notification from them? Not only did I waste, time, energy, and money getting there, she was rude, unsympathetic, and condescending. The receptionist not only lied but made everyone else believe her also. Which if it was true, why would I have wasted my time to go to what I believed was my appointment?? There is no order here, no liability, no customer service, no sympathy, just people trying to cover for each other's mistakes. No remedy just trying to shove me to book another appointment with the receptionist. I miss Karla (old receptionist), she was extremely sweet, and attentive. I'll be taking my future business to Dr.Morgan Norris, who does his own injections and has a wonderful caring staff. I've read that Sculptra needs to be prepared at least 24 hours before so I told her so. She answered that that was not true. That she had never prepared it in advance. How scary is that? I regret ever letting this "Doctor" touch me. I went to Body by Ravi expecting to fulfill my dream of getting a breast augmentation and instead was maimed and cast away. At first Christina Krepps, one of the ladies there, patient coordinatior I believe, was so nice to me. Very patient with me because I couldn't decide on a size, and I thought that was very thoughtful of her. I relied on her a lot during the consultation until after the surgery. Fast forward to the surgery day. 1. The anesthesiologist was LATE and I was wide awake as they rolled me to the operating room where they asked me to heave myself on the operating table. My drip bag was dry because I was dehydrated and instead of giving me another one to ensure I was hydrated they shot the anesthesia into my IV and it burned at first so the lady stopped and then said, "its gonna burn since you don't have any fluids in the your drip bag" and shot me anyway! Immediately after the surgery upon looking in the mirror I noticed my right breast was NOT right. I brought this to their attention THAT DAY. I called and told them that the shape was odd and not round at all. They said "theyre swollen, don't worry". I know swollen and misshapen are two different things and my right breast was misshapen. At my first follow up and every follow up afterwards I told Ravi my concerns and that I was having pain and extremely uncomfortable when not wearing a bra and he blew it off EVERY TIME. He told me I was being a perfectionist and that theres always a chance that the breasts are misaligned and "most women don't care because at least their breasts are bigger". I was shocked at this statement and immediately burst into tears because I would have NEVER gone to Ravi if he disclaimed that my "perfectly symmetrical breasts" (his exact words describing me) might become wopped and lopsided. As I stood there crying and sobbing Ravi stood said okay and walked out leaving me exposed when he opened the door. It really added insult to injury. Noone ever came back and checked to see if I was okay and I left the office. I explained to Angela the receptionist (I'm not sure if she still works there as whenever I call I speak to Carla or Natalie) my concerns because we bonded over the fact that we got breast augs so close together. She said "well did you want them bigger or did you want them round?". I was SHOCKED that she said this. I felt like I was at some back alley surgery center where a knockoff "doctor" was performing surgeries willy nilly and without license. FINALLY at my 6 month check up Ravi admitted he made a mistake and made the pocket for my right breast entirely too high causing the top of the breast to be flat and angled and having the implant sit really high on my chest. Ravi said "don't worry you cant see it when you have a shirt on". Im telling you it was shock after shock dealing with these people. I couldn't believe such unprofessionalism at a PLASTIC SURGERY CENTER. Instead of offering to fix his mistake free of charge he was charging ME. I told him I was not expecting to have to pay for 2 breast augs in the span of a year, therefore, I would not be able to do that as soon as they were requiring me to. The breast is extremely uncomfortable, its flat on the top instead of round like my left breast. After going to several other surgeons to get their opinion about my situation I was informed that he in fact maimed me and that is was unethical for him to charge me to fix his mistake seeing as I clearly did all the aftercare correctly because there was no problem with my left breast. Also, I asked Dr. Ravi for a natural but large appearance and instead of giving me the options of the different profiles so that I could decide he felt as though he could make the decision for me. To give me the high profile option giving my breasts the appearance of torpedos. I am not a doctor so I need guidance and to be given all my options and I was not. After months of calling crying begging for help because of the pain in my right breast caused from him misplacing the implant the office finally obliged, still at cost to me. I wanted to get it taken care of as soon as possible because the pain is close to unbearable when not wearing a bra. But the office gave me so many hoops to jump through, as I have since moved 2.5 hrs away to Austin and cant come to the office for unnecessary trips like how they forced me to the first time when I still lived an hour away. I cant believe I even considered letting "Dr. " Ravi touch me again. Now I am forced to get a remove and replace (take out the old pornstar looking implants and put in medium profile natural looking implants) AND a pocket adjustment from another more skilled surgeon. Costs that would have been saved if I would not have gone to Ravi in the first place. Beware. They will maim you and once they have their money from you they will be rude to you and yell at you over the phone if you dare to ask questions about YOUR BODY. read more
