The salad was terrible. After a week of travel I was looking forward to a healthy meal. This greatly overpriced small salad could have been acceptable, except it was drowning in oily salad dressing. It was inedible and I left much behind, it was a real disappointment. I don't mind paying for good food, but this was far from it.

3 stars. Healthy concept restaurant. Pick the pieces of sushi you want, salad bar, and vegan friendly menu. I am not vegetarian or vegan, but every now and then I am ok to eat something healthy and tasty. Restaurant is hip and cool. Disco ball inside, different sitting chairs and cushions. Server is very friendly and she speaks English. She is super courteous. Points are mostly because of her and salmon sushi. What we order: Salad by the pound. 1.6€ per 100g -3.5 Stars- Corn is not fresh, canned. Other veggies is ok. Smoke salmon Sushi 2.9€ -4.5 stars- you can't go wrong with smoke salmon! Tamago (egg) sushi for 1.9€ I won't recommend, more expensive than sushi with fish. Pho noodle. 8.2€ -2.0 stars- No beef inside! Just vegetables! We were too surprised. Lemongrass noodle 7.9€ -2.5 stars- soup has no taste. Not hot. Where is the lemongrass? Should have pick Tom Ga soup or something creamy. Special was curry beef with rice 6.9€. Should have order that. Beer 0.5L 3.5€

First meal of the night on our first day at Salzburg! We were having a late dinner and we're glad to find this place stays open past the usual closing hour of 9 PM. I loved the atmosphere and aesthetic of the place. Workers were really friendly and you could try any of the curries or chilis if you just ask. They have a cute sushi bar with individually wrapped sushis to take togo which I thought was an interesting concept. We ordered the spicy beef chili and African curry with a side salad and lemongrass noodle soup. All of their dishes are in the front so you can see them scoop it out and place it in the bowl. Both the chili and curry came with white rice which you are able to say whether you want a lot of or just a little. The waitress was very nice and gave us the lunch pricing for the beer+salad+candy. If you are going for just the salad, I would recommend getting it togo because the container is bigger and it is make your own. Thoroughly enjoyed this meal. The salad dressing was amazing and doesn't feel as heavy as the ones in the US. Food was great and the restaurant was nice and clean. If you do get a chance to stop by, get the lunch combo because the the candy that comes with it (a small Italian soft candy with three flavors-white chocolate, dark, and stracciatella) was one of the best candies I have ever eaten!!!!!!! Definitely stop by this restaurant-it's convenient, delicious, and great if you're on the go!

Amazing ambiance! Food was ok. Plenty of hot sauces... Except the best one of all, Sriracha! That sauce would help out the dishes so much.

Fun, casual atmosphere and tasty, fresh food. Nothing fancy, but good quality and a very nice wait staff. Dine in or to go.

The atmosphere of the resturant was very groovy and ecentric. As well as, very clean. However the food was not great.. at all. They were plated very well but the chili was acidic and a lot of sour cream, which made the bowl gooey. The Gado gado sauce, which we thought was peanut sauce, was a weird and sweet consistency. We added a plethora of spices and still it did not change much. In addition, our food was sitting at the counter for awhile because we were told they would call our number, so it was also a little cold. However the water was free, which is something rare for europe. Personally I would not return.

We discovered it in a pamphlet on a bulletin board in a hostel that we stayed in. A "build your own" kind of place, you are able to custom order curries and salads. We ate here twice- I had a spicy peanut curry with rice and veggies one day and a salad with lots of bean, seed, and nut fixins another day. Both were very filling! I saw at least two locations of my Indigo- both near the center of Salzburg. One has dine-in seating, the other does not. As in America, getting avocado is extra- but it is a big portion, so its worth the extra $ if you're on the fence ;) Definitely a great option for travelers on a budget looking for healthy food options!

In about half an hour I've received a confirmation where my reservation was confirmed. So I thought that a birthday surprise for my lovely girlfriend was partially ready a part from the main gift. The next day when we came to restaurant the hostess or whoever this woman was said that they have never received our reservation. Well, I had that confirmation with me and I've showed it to her. So she left without saying anything. In about 10 minutes some of their workers comes to us and says that international guest are not welcomed here and that we have to leave the restaurant immediately. When I've asked him to explain me in English why they are not letting us in, because we have a reservation for today and there is a plenty of space. His answer was that they won't talk to me in English, because it is Austria and they speak German only. After no explanation he started to push me and my girlfriend to the exit. WTH!! At the end of the day it's called the Austrian hospitality. Ruined my girlfriends birthday and the whole day for us.

You pick raw ingredients and a sauce and get your plate served after everything has been cooked for you in an open kitchen. The products are always fresh and the selection is huge. The interior is elegant but unfortunately not in perfect condition any more. Reservations are necessary especially in the evenings. Good quality at a premium price! it's worth it!
