This place is huge! There is a giant climbing and play area, with slides, trampolines, etc. theres two areas too for toddlers and babies. There's an extensive game area, a tiny town, and a gym area with gymnastics type cushions and a small rock climbing wall. Lots of variety that will keep kids busy. There is a food area where you can order pizza, snacks, and drinks. Took away stars because parking was a little tough & I observed quite a few areas that could have been cleaner. read more

It was okay overall. I paid $40 for two kids. The play area itself was nice, but I've definitely experienced better places. What really disappointed me was that a lot of the machines were out of order, I'd say only about five were actually working out of all the ones they had. On top of that, I had to pay for those separately out of pocket. The restrooms were also out of order, which was inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend hosting a party here. It's fine just for casual fun if your kids are under 5, but anything above 5 years old will likely get bored pretty quickly. read more

Not even worth the money saved on Groupon. This place is so dirty and ripped up, my 3 toddlers were tripping on the bulging mats all throughout the place & the "little town" is a ghost town my toddler didn't even want to go in . I finally got her to go and there's not even any toy food for the market , I later found 1/2 a small pizza in a broken basket.... The actual indoor playground smelled like BO, and one of the squares on the upper level was completely detached from structure on one side. I wouldn't let my kids go in there alone. I visited yesterday with my nephews and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. While the staff were kind and provided good customer service, the facility itself was filthy. The flooring appears beyond basic cleaning and likely needs to be replaced. Several arcade games and play card machines were out of service, which added to the disappointment. The play town area, which seems intended for younger children, was poorly maintained and sparsely equipped. There was no play food in the market area; the few toys present were damaged, the walls had scribbles, and there were barely any costumes available. Not at all similar to pretend town in children's museums. My youngest nephew was so uncomfortable that he wanted to be held the entire time and showed no interest in playing. Update your website. Your FAQs section specifically asks if you have to wear Mykidzplay socks or if you can wear your own. The answer to the question is "Any socks are allowed in the facility." When we got there we were told we have to wear MKP socks and we had to buy them even though the website says otherwise. I had my son's 2nd birthday party and booked a party room. I will say that this place has been the most affordable for 2 hours and came with food and drinks. I loved that the place had a wide range of activities for infants up to teens. I was able fit in the play areas without feeling cramped so it was also adult friendly. I wish it could be kept up with cleanliness and sanitation as more kids showed and food and trash was being left on the floor and some of the attractions were dirty as well. read more

i hope this helps anyone trying to visit... when this place first opened it was a great place too bring the kids... a couple of years later i went back and had a few birthday parties there and started noticing a change (not good) but i figured they'll get it right sooner than later.. this past weekend i attended a birthday party and when i say the staff on diwn too the play area and everything in between was down right horribl... paint chipped off the toys... the mats were absolutely dusgusting... the kids costumes were not cleaned... imesn this place is nasty!!! everything needs to be cleaned and upgrade!! i hope they fix this because initially this was a good place for kids!!! read more

I was there on Wednesday, there was no soap in the Women's bathroom. There are multiple hand sanitizer stations, however they were all empty. I informed the manager and was told they were switching out some of the sanitizer and that the clear ones should have sanitizer in them. 30 minutes later the hand sanitizers were still empty. A lot of the games were broken and had no signs. I was told that the machines are from a third party and nothing could be done. read more

One word, GROSS. Sadly this establishment is very outdated and extremely unkept. Empty soap dispensers in the bathrooms, clear to see that they were so empty, had not been refilled in ages. So if you've ever seen a sci-fi movie where swarms of aliens come into a place like a wave and cover every surface. Thats how this place is on the weekend, crawling with kids! But they'll love it. Our nephews thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The game prices are kind of high and for whatever reason the kiosk to get gaming cards is super slow. When our little guys didn't get enough to get a prize, the lady was nice enough to give them a level 1 prize anyways. Walking around with no shoes on (especially going to a public bathroom with super thin plastic over your socks) is a wierd feeling, but its probably cleaner than it'd be if they just let everyone go in with shoes. read more

I found out about this place on Groupon - but I wish I would have heard of it sooner. The outdoor sign is underwhelming and I wouldn't know the business existed unless Groupon gave me the address. Please do more advertising. My two year old loves coming here. She usually has a good time as long as we come as soon as it opens, 11am, when she can play without being overwhelmed. She loves the Dr. Seuss house where she can tear down and build back up the sides of the house, she loves the long wavy slides, and climbing on the area I remember resembling Discovery Zone or Leaps and Bounds. (You'll know if you're a 90's kid). She enjoys the imagination zone but lately there haven't been any items to play with. The ninja worrier area needs a total revamp. Unfortunately once 12pm hits this place is jam packed with unsupervised, careless kids with no-manners. There is zero supervision from the parents, Therefore anyone can do anything. Big kids in the toddler area, kids climbing on top of the pretend city structures. Kids breaking equipment intentionally. Where are the parents? This place is treated like a babysitter and although I don't enjoy many of the play structures being out of use I can certainly see why they all broke so quickly. Possibly instead of blaming the owner for being unable to keep up with the constant destruction, parents possibly watch their children? I do wish there was more cleaning and more upkeep, but i could say the same about every single kids play facility in the area. I see from older reviews what the places used to look like, and it stinks that my kids can't enjoy those things anymore. I honestly didn't even know anything was missing until I reviewed older pictures. But when we are there early in the day we have a great time. It's very sad to see how much the other kids abuse and destroy the equipment and structures. Maintaining that kind of destruction would be impossible. Following back on the cleaning- I did notice some people posting pictures of the foam floor claiming it was filthy due to discoloration- but I can assure you my socks were clean when we left. I am a germaphobe and this place was just as clean as the Children's museum in Oak Lawn. Something being discolored has nothing to do with its cleanliness. If an item is sanitized properly it's reduced the pathogenic microorganisms to a safe level. It does not ensure the color of an item will hold its integrity. In fact using the solvents to sanitize the foam most likely caused the discoloration. I will be returning, early on weekdays- because my daughter does have fun. I wish the owner could find a way to manage the children that cause so much damage- or hold their parents accountable, because it's really not fair to place blame on someone that is only trying to give children a safe fun place to enjoy their day. It's the parents responsibility, again this place isn't your personal babysitter. The staff has always been friendly to us. The food is not exciting- but keep in mind, certain food safety standards must be in place to serve food and if the staff aren't old enough or trained yet they just cant prepare the food, only serve it. Which most likely limits the options. Give a bit of grace to the owner who is trying to give your children an energy outlet. I'm thankful for this place. read more

i came here on 02/08/26 around 2:30pm. as soon as you walk in you see the dirty playmats that look like they havent been cleaned in years. which should be cleaned daily. the rugs even in the womens bathroom was filthy. there was no soap in there as well, i wonder how long it was empty before i got there. then you got an employee walking around with a crop top, gray leggins that had a hole in it. tell her she picked the wrong day not to wear panties which is gross by the way especially at work. and she had airpods in her ears which to me is i feel like a safety hazard especially when dealing with alot of kids because i had the airpod pros and even wit just 1 earphone in i couldn't barley hear. not to mention i got cheated out my money because i bought the offer on groupon and it also said it came with a $5 arcade card, the girl with the hole in her leggins gona tell me in a rude way "nahh naope they only available on the weekdays not weekends" even tho groupon has the offer otherwise. i dont know how old she was but im 28 and she lucky it was my daughters 5th birthday party because i was ready to bash her head into the glass. you dont talk to people any kind of way because when i bought the offer on groupon it said the $5 game card was included. since it was already paid for you should of did was "as a courtesy il give it to you" or talk with the manager. i had paid for 4 people 2 didnt show worst place to ever spend money. who ever owns this i want a full refund please. yall have all that back space with them outdated toys, just update the toys and them arcade games should'nt cost 9.5 points just for 1 game thts over 10-15 years old, like no. what are yall doing with the money from the customers? because it definitely aint going here. that back area with the super market and mailbox i had so many ideas that was just popping up in my head. yall could of been the designated spot read more

My daughter had a blast running, bouncing, and jumping around for hours! This place is pretty cool. The big slide was definitely her favorite part. She also enjoyed the area with a road and little houses/stores to play around in. I did notice staff walking around cleaning which was nice to see. We will be back! read more

The place is so dirty and disgusting. My kid has gotten sick every time after playing here. The floors are so dirty, you're white socks will not be white after walking around. They make you take off your shoes and leave them unattended right near the front door, for anyone to steal. The floor is made of foam material, no way they can clean them, if they mop all they are doing is locking in more bacteria. The cement floor was so dirty it was black from dirt. I arrived after they opened which tells me they don't clean before they close. The game machine's are usually broken too. Don't waste your money here better places to take your kids. First time being here since it was rebranded. Still the same fun place my kids and I remember. One star deducted for the pneumatic features being out of order, even after the rebrand. These features have been perpetually out of order from the start. Suggestion for the new owners, if you're not going to maintain the pneumatic fun stuff. Love this place! Affordable fun for the whole family. My toddler loves the toddler area as well as some of the "big kid" areas.

Can't comment much as 10 minutes after arrival at 10:45am on a weekday with my 2 four year old grandsons a school group with 62 kids arrives. They were running wild and knocking down/running into the little ones. We left with passes to return on a quieter day. Staff did advise me to call ahead to see if school groups are booked for the day before coming....good advice! I'll try again read more

Fun place with so much to do for kids of all ages. We enjoyed every little bit of our time there. I enjoyed that the play area was big enough for me to chase my toddler around in there. I absolutely love and will return again. My only recommendation is that they have staff verify wrist bands when leaving the facility. No one checked ours to make sure we were leaving with our kid. It's not their responsibility obviously but just a heads up for cautious parents because the place is pretty big and one could easily lose their kid if they're not on top of them. Very clean and sanitized. Took my little guy here last week just to burn some energy. They took our temperature at the door and had hand sanitizer thru out the facility. The place smelled so clean and fresh. I purposely arrived right when they opened to avoid any crowds and it was perfect, we were the only ones there for a good 45 minutes. My son had a great time. Everything was great about this place. The kids had a blast. There is only 2 things I did not care for. Everyone has to remove their shoes which is understandable so I feel the floors could've been cleaner. The concession stand offered a limited menu. We ordered a pizza which is decently priced and pretty tasty...but the drinks were overpriced. There was only bottles of water and kool aid juice boxes for $1.38 a piece. I felt they should've been half that as the juice boxes are small and you could get a whole pack for $2.50. I don't think they are to be sold individually.
