Since we came as guests for a birthday party, we didn't pay admission but I looked at the rates and it was $17 for a kid (adult admission free with a kid). The check-in process was smooth (cubbies for shoes at the entrance, socks required) and an attendant greets you with an iPad to e-sign a few waivers. Easy peasy. There was a ball pit, and kid-sized kitchen area with pantry items, slides, things to ride like little trucks and trikes, a jumping contraption (like a mini trampoline but replace the trampoline with a giant inner tube that kids stand on, and kids can hold on to bars while they jump. Probably much safer than an actual trampoline, and my toddler LOVED this thing. There was also a play section for kids under 2 which was perfect for us. We ended up hanging out in this area (extra padded play area, extra padded slide and steps) for maybe 15 minutes, before my kid wanted to explore something else. Extra clothes went back into the car, but we locked up phones, wallets, etc. I was a little nervous when we arrived because there was a police car practically pulled up to the door and two, I believe, police officers inside the facility. There was one yellow launch slide that took me a while to work my nerve to go down--it LAUNCHES you! It ended up being over before I could think about it too long. There was a white one nestled in between a yellow zig zag and a 4 lane racer slide that was called "Avalanche"--the worker asked, "Oh? You're going on this one?" like I was too old or something. His last words to me were "Hold on tight!"--he was right! The facility was clean, the equipment looked well taken care of less the missing zip line--that was a little disappointing. There are a good number of slides--enough that you have a choice, but not too many that you feel overwhelmed. The staff was young, but helpful, and not even too distracted by the football game that was on the arena televisions. (It was a big game for people around here!) The cafe was open for 45 minutes during our 2 hour session, but we just got some ICEEs to combat the warmth and sweat that we felt. I did not use the bathroom so I cannot comment on that. I appreciate them having a water fountain accessible because the stairs to go up and down are comically large. I am, like, 5'8" and I was taking giant steps to go down the slides. I felt safe, entertained, and like I had good value in the ticket price, even with the mandatory, yet, understandable purchase of the grippy socks and the neon shirt for the glow time. I would definitely go back if someone else wanted to experience it or I wanted to work on my thunder thighs without feeling like it's a workout. We were told decorations would already be set up, but nothing was done. We were informed there had been a miscommunication between the owner and staff--which, while unfortunate, ultimately shouldn't fall on the customer. The employee on site seemed unsure of what was included in the party package and what was even supposed to happen that day. Because of this, my wife and her best friend had to step in and set up the minimal decorations themselves, which was disappointing and frustrating, especially for a paid party package. The building was dark and felt unready when we arrived, adding to the sense of disorganization. We were also told that party plates and a balloon arch would be provided, but neither was available. Leading up to the event, my wife made several attempts to confirm details, but follow-up was poor, and the owner didn't fully reconnect until the day before the party. To their credit, a discount was offered afterward to try to make things right, and that was appreciated. However, given the amount of confusion and unmet expectations, it still felt like more should have been done. The biggest disappointment wasn't the venue itself it was the party package. For the $300 price point, it simply wasn't worth it. In hindsight, we could have chosen a lower-priced option and created a more memorable, smoother experience for our daughter and her friends on our own. There's a small fenced-in area with small play structures for really little kids. They do have a snack stand available, but you can bring your own food. They have 2 women's bathrooms and 1 for men. There are party rooms available. I think the right age for this place is 3-6. When we were there on a Sunday, there were a couple of bigger kids who don't really know how to watch out for little ones, so if your kid is on the small side, you might need to keep a close eye on them. If you'd like to save money, you can get a 10-pack of visits for $100. You'll probably be back, so this is a great value, especially if you have more than one kid.

The package includes a $30 birthday cake but it can be removed and the amount will be deducted. For both of our parties we have opted to keep the cake and it was huge hit among the kids. The package allows outside food. We selected the morning time slot and I made several trays of baked goods so that everyone can have a small breakfast before pizza and cake were served. With our package, we had three hours of dedicated tables and unlimited park access. Three hours for the tables is fairly generous considering how most establishments only provide two hours and some provide a meager of 45 minutes. Unlimited park access is always a top priority for us because we want to make sure all of the children can enjoy the party to the fullest extent. Our girls stayed for nearly five hours. Last but not least, our package also came with a Kids Empire goodie bag per child and a return pass that is valid at different locations for the birthday child. When we visited on Monday, Aug. 11, the ropes course was only open for a few minutes, as was the wall-hang slide. Because those areas require employees and there weren't enough people to work them, they were closed off for the bulk of our visit. - It's a bit expensive. I feel like I'd pay the $30 per kid if they had access to everything, but between the broken attraction and the areas shut down because of staffing issues, the price felt steep. - There's not a lot of seating available if you're a parent who just wants to watch. There are a few benches, but you can't see large sections of Funtopia when you're sitting there. I was hoping to do some work on my laptop, but there were no tables near the benches. - If you leave, you cannot re-enter once you leave the building, so hunger may become an issue as outside food is not allowed. I'd love to come back here with my kids, but I hope they have enough staff to keep all the attractions running and I hope they fix the "something leaking" on the ninja course. I got the sense that this was a place run by teenagers and the owners may be absent or uninvolved.
