This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had. They scheduled appointments and did not follow through. After sacrificing time and making arrangements to get there, we were met with excuses like "the system wasn't working," with no concern that these appointments were for important events like prom and graduation. There was no accountability, communication, or urgency shown toward customers. Because of this experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am beyond disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this studio. I booked an appointment for lashes and brows a full week in advance specifically for the day before my wedding -- one of the most important days of my life. The day before my wedding, they canceled my appointment with just ONE hour's notice. I had already driven from East Fort Lauderdale to Coral Springs, only to be told "sorry, there's nothing we can do." They didn't offer a solution, a referral, a complimentary service, or any kind of effort to make up for leaving a bride stranded without the service she had carefully scheduled. This level of disregard and poor customer service is completely unacceptable, especially for clients preparing for major life events. Canceling last-minute and not taking accountability is unprofessional and disrespectful. Brides and anyone with an important event -- beware. read more

Horrible experience- I've only been once and they rescheduled that appointment on me then when I tried to make my second appointment not only did they reschedule me again which was fine, but when I showed up for my appointment the girl was JUST starting someone else. I was waiting for 30 mins and ended up having to leave. They didn't even apologize or care. I've been before and my eyebrows came out great, not sure what happened this past visit though (same person and everything). One eyebrow was noticeably thinner than the other, and I'm not talking just a little thinner. I was then told it only looked that way because the hair was brushed upward, even though it was only because too much was taken off that eyebrow. I walked in with thick natural brows and walked out with uneven thin brows. Very very unhappy and won't be returning. I've taken some time to think about doing this review and to be completely honest things need to change at this salon. I ONLY stayed because Francine was so amazing!!! I loved My Lash Studio in the beginning, but it slowly got worse. I had my first appointment with a girl can't remember her name, but DAY OF they sent me to Ci Ci. Ci Ci turned out to be great, but a few months later DAY OF she was gone and they sent me to a beginner girl and I said no then they sent me to Francine. Ci Ci did not leave to be a bartender I know the truth. In the middle of that I was seeing Karen the brow artist and WOW she was amazing, kind and I looked forward to seeing her. Once again DAY OF she was gone and my brows did not get done. They said Karen left because covid, but that was not true. Please note I find everyone on social media so they are easy to find. Back to Francine WOW the best thing to ever happen to this place!!! Going to Francine for about 1 year and she is the best lash artist and was the only person that showed me how to take care of my lashes properly. Then Francine started doing my brows and ended up micro blading them. Not only was Francine beautiful inside and out, but her lashes lasted and I looked forward to seeing her because her energy is incredible. Now the salon started looking dirty, bathroom started to smell and look messy, plants started dying while Lesley (owner) was gone for a very long time. Francine managed the salon and it was so organized and peaceful. I did get the plant better too while she was away. I loved the receptionist as a person, but I didn't think she was the right fit and she ended up getting a better job for her. So I started bringing coffee for reception, Lesley and Francine because the coffee maker was gross, moldy and all around not clean. I stopped bringing coffee only to Lesley because I didn't see her much no other reason. I love the beautiful music, but sometimes Lesley brings her son playing in the front and I know people i've sent there didn't like that and my friend was getting her lashes done and Lesley was arguing with her boyfriend who threatened her so my friend never came back. Now once again DAY OF Francine was gone? This was the 4th time DAY OF I lost my artist, didn't get my service and NOT ONCE did Lesley (owner) ever apologize for this poor customer service. I wrote a review on facebook and Lesley got very defensive & unkind. So i'm sure she will do the same for this like she does with all her negative reviews as you can read. Please note Lesley my stage name which you know me by isn't the same as my birth name so please don't be confused ( I'm an ex model who uses my stage name legally). I feel My Lash Studio needs better management period. I've seen too many people in & out. I've always been very kind to Lesley because i'm a very kind giving person, but then you attack my character on facebook? Take responsibility for your actions, your salon and your wrong doings. People don't just go to Francine because she's nice SHE'S GREAT AT WHAT SHE DOES OR I WOULDN'T GO TO HER! The glue you use is terrible too! I'm sure you lost many clients since Francine left. Be a better person Lesley and stop your horrible actions support other women because that's what beautiful really looks like with or without lashes. read more

I miss this studio dearly. While I still lived in South Florida, I was fortunate enough to have discovered this little know upstart lash studio. They are amazing! Fran was my lash expert and she did amazing, fast work. I always received compliments. I did have a little irritation from the glue, but some allergy eye drops fixed it right up the next day. I decided to try them for a vacation so I could be low maintenance and now I'm HOOKED. The service is incredibly precise so it takes time but it is worth every second! They look so real. You only better. Of course you can go with a super dramatic look if that's your thing, they have options. horrible. made me drive there twice in one day because the first time i came to my appointment the lady said my lash tech had left and went home and i needed to come back later which was incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional. I needed my lashes done so i came back later and LILY said i needed to make a deposit before i make an appointment which the previous lady had never even mentioned when i was there just hours beforehand. obviously i got very annoyed and i asked why and asked since i'm already there can i still get my lashes done since i made an appointment and she straight up told me no. so incredibly rude. and another previous time i got my lashes done with VALENTINA and she ripped out some of my eyebrow hair with the tape and didn't even apologize or mention anything to me about it. I was so nervous because my eyebrows are kind of tricky to do since they are thick and have missing spots. You can feel confident choosing My Lash Studio, as it is extremely clean, they use top-of-the-line products and technicians are well-trained and certified. Although the location is not the most convenient for me, it is well worth the short drive. Since I am spending an hour or so with Leslie, it is a plus that she has a great personality, is funny, sincere and a smart conversationalist. At the same time, she picks up on when you want to totally relax and enjoy a quiet experience. Leslie will honestly tell you the style of lashes most flattering to your face and eyes. I have been going every three weeks for fills and recently she advised she was using a lighter weight on the corner of my eye, to allow for regrowth. She asks questions about allergies and other sensitivities when selecting adhesives and provides instructions for the care of your new lash extensions. Not all lash professionals and salons have these same ethics, so be very careful and ask many questions if you go elsewhere. read more

I am really disappointed by this place. I had booked a lash lift/tint on a Friday because I wanted to give my lashes a break from extensions. After the lift/tint, my lashes were pointing in different directions and some looked crushed. My normal lashes are not like that. I believe the job done on me to be sloppy and rushed, which makes sense since I was told to come in early and the specialist that worked on me dashed out within minutes after finishing my lashes. I tried calling the store several times and no one answered. I texted my concern and said I was interested in booking an appointment for extensions because I hated the lash lift. Instead of someone calling to discuss my concerns, I get a message to book online, which I did with my usual specialist who is awesome. I asked if it was ok to get extensions after a lash lift and was told yes via text. I come in to do my extensions the next day and the specialist did what she could given the conditions of my lashes. She even commented that they were overcurled and seemed like they had a mind of their own since they were pointing in different directions. Unfortunately the extensions did not look good due to the lash lift. Some lashes could not have extensions put on them and the extensions kept hitting my eyelid which was super uncomfortable. I asked to get them removed and after waiting 30 minutes I was able to. The manager did text me to come in on Monday and I texted back saying I was unable to because I was going to be out of town. I did send an email explaining the situation and sent pictures with no response from the owners and this was really disappointing. Makes me feel like this place does not care for their customers. I also researched whether you should get extensions after a lash lift and every website said no. I even called other salons and they said the same thing. This makes me think that this place is only after your money which proves my theory. There were 2 price increases in the last year due to 'inflation'. I work in finance and it is called greed. I am very upset because I now have damaged lashes, had to attend events with subpar lashes, spent $240 for subpar service, and wasted my time. I will no longer be coming back and urge others to be careful when booking certain services here. read more

This is my second time going to this place after I moved to Coral Springs a few months ago. The first time was when I scheduled a lash lift and tint and they accommodated me with a late time slot (7:30). It was with Leslie the owner and when I got there, she assessed my lashes and sold me into getting a classic lash set for the same price as the lift and tint and I was in love with the result. Even tho it was only classic lashes, she hooked me up with a few extra lashes since it was December and it was the holidays.. so sweet!!!! And now I just went in for the second time today and I had a big issue... I had to go to work at 10am and I was going on a date right after work and my lashes were looking crazy so I asked for an early time slot (8am) and they accommodated me AGAIN!!! So amazing!! This time I got a lash lift and tint because money was tight so I don't want to maintain a full lash set. But my lift and tint came out cute! I believe it could have came out better if I wasn't rushing them but it came out very good for the time crunch that I put them on. I love this place and I love how helpful and understanding they are. I received a lip wax and ended up getting burned. Instead of the owner trying to help me find ways to help heal, she decided to tell me that the burn wasn't from my wax, when the scar is clear as day on my upper lip. Currently waiting for my refund as this is the only solution she could think of. read more
