I have been coming here for years. I am usually very satisfied. Today the salon allowed a mother to bring a young toddler to sit with her while she was getting her nails done. A nail salon is no place for a baby. She expected him to sit for so long and not make a peep. The yelling and hitting was very disturbing. Even when the father came he was on his phone the whole time. I mentioned this incident to the manager and her response was that they have to let everyone in. That is nonsense. If I ever come back and see a child I will turn around and walk out. read more

Well, the lady I liked here left. I had polygel full set and they were so incredibly thick when I left...she took 40 minutes to lay a full set with gel polish, which is the quickest nail appointment I've ever had. They look awful. And no, I left there without them fixing it because how would they fix a thick nail other than taking the whole polish off and filing it down? Will never go back unfortunately. read more

I visited this nail salon for a refill with a hard gel French tip. They quoted $90 and offered a $5 discount for a good review. However, they tried to switch me to acrylic and raised the price without my consent. I had questioned why the price raised because it got raised to $110 and when i did the nail tech laughed in my face. This was overall a very disappointing experience and i do not recommend going. You guys did not offer a $10 discount it was $5 and IF i wrote a good review on google. The service here is Very poor as well as the attitude. They do not listen to what you ask for and most of them do not speak any English. She did a terrible job with my cuticles and when I asked for someone else they kept ignoring me and treated me very poorly, she was making tiny little cuts not taking the cuticle off fully. The upsetting part is I told the front desk to only put me with someone experienced but she did not care. I left my toe now in Pain by how she cut the corners. As they say 1st impressions are lasting impression - I called yesterday because a server at a pizza place {Gina Sicilian oven }recommended BT Nails after I complimented her nails- (they were gorge!!) I called right then and there and the person had great phone etiquette I felt she was honest and professional- I felt at ease after speaking to the front desk who I later - came to as "MY", so kind and helpful on phone and in person- she is a full service VIBE - all on her own !! Ivy did my service ... I had made an appt for fills and two repairs that's it! But after feeling so comfortable and confident I decided to get two more services - pedicure and brow wax! I'll just throw all my money to them because it was such a feel good people setting a really lovely place from real plants, to a clean shop -I'm a nail biter, so my nails are short, tender and wide- I ALWAYS HAVE TO TELL THEM HOW TO GLUE MY NAILS SO THINGS DONT GET UNDER THEM - ALWAYS END UP THICK AND Fat like a fat TIKTAC! There was 5 techs in the salon at the time. The place is clean and bright. For gel polish only (No mani, cutting cuticles, or removing polish) $27. For regular polish on my toes (No pedi, cutting cuticles, they did remove my red polish) $17. I waited for about ten minutes and was out just over an hour. By far the best nail salon I've been to in the Deerfield Beach area. Always clean, quiet and relaxing and Mimi does a perfect job every time. I'm kind of picky about nail shaping and she always gives me exactly what I'm looking for, while still being pretty fast (I'm usually in and out in an less than an hour for a dip manicure). I'm moving away and I'm so sad I won't be getting my nails done here anymore, it's going to be a tough one to beat! read more

Soo I've been doing my nails personally prior to Covid-19. When I felt comfortable allowing others to do my nails I tried approximately 2 different locations and was not satisfied at all ( promise I'm not too hard to please). Anyways, I decided to try my luck the last time before saying to heck with salons and do it myself, but I found BT Nails N'Lashes! I'm so impressed with not only my nails ( I love them!), but the staff was very friendly and patient. I called and spoke with Stephen who told me 3pm I would be able to come in and be serviced. The location is about 20 minutes from my home but I decided to take a leap of faith. When I arrived I checked in and only waited about 10 minutes before Johnny began on my nails. He was patient and soo detailed oriented. I felt as though I was at home doing my own nails. Stephen (I do hope I'm spelling it right), completed my accent nails and was also very patient with me. I felt terrible as the shop closed at 5pm and at 5:15pm Johnny transferred me to the spa chair to complete my gel pedicure! Best pedicure hands down. If that wasn't enough, Stephen asked if I needed my Eyebrows waxed! I wanted them but wanted to respect their establishment policy, only for Stephen to reassure me that it was no problem. Ana, was a darling and opted to wax and tint my eyebrows! I love those maybe even more than my nails! I rarely am impressed with anything as I like to D.I.Y. When it comes to self- care, but hands down B.T Nails N Lashes has gained me as a customer. Soo much I scheduled to have my lashes done this Wednesday I'm super excited. Very unorganized with the scheduling, doesn't matter if you have an appointment you will be left waiting at least 20 minutes. I went in had an appointment triple check with the person on the day before that my appointment was at said time, I come in they tell me that my appointment was later and that I had to get my nails done with someone not even an apology for the mistake they did. read more

I've been here a few times and never had any major issues. I go today to get a simple pedicure. I can tell by the way this lady is holding the nail clippers that she was super inexperienced. I let her clip and file my left foot. Then we get to my right foot where she cut my last 3 toe nails so short that pinkie toe is bleeding and my nail is almost gone on all 3 of them. I got lash extensions. Looked at the pictures they showed me of lash examples and I chose one I liked. In the end, I felt my lashes didn't look like the ones I chose from the picture. Mine were much longer than I had wanted them to be. But that happens sometime. I think the technician did a fine job putting them on me. But one area of one eye was problematic the next morning. I called the day after my appointment and only got their voicemail. I left a detailed message about what was going on. I left my phone number and asked them to call me back to give me some advice how to handle my issue, or to book an appointment to come in again and have them look at my lashes. No one ever called me back. I'm disappointed with their customer service and with their lack of follow through. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE!!!! I just moved here and I get my lashes done often, I was excited to try this place so I made an appointment. They looked good at first but my total came to $140 which to me is overpriced and I've gotten my lashes done many times for half that cost. Five days after getting them done I noticed on my right eye the lashes in my inner corner had all fallen off. I called and asked if they could fix them considering that I paid a lot of money for them and they said yes they would fix them for free. I then go in there and the lady is telling me that I need filled on both eyes and that I am going to have to pay full price. I told her that I was fine with the way my other eye looked and I just needed her to fix my inner corner and she refused. $140 down the drain. read more

Everything is super to my liking and both women made sure of that. Nadia did my eyebrows... forgive me if I got that wrong . I believe she maybe the only eyebrow threading tech in there. Anyway, she is great! I am a loyal client to my eyebrow girl, but she is just too far . I've struggled finding someone close enough to achieve the shape I want and they all mess up to where I have to grow out my brows for a month to start over. However, she is amazing and super patient! Pink did my lashes and nails. She is also really great at her craft! Pink is very patient and isn't afraid to ey something new when it comes to nails. Her work on lashes is also super nice! This salon is amazing! Beautiful and so clean. All the equipment is brand new and they have so many NexGen colors available. It was great to find a salon that values a more natural nail enhancement (NexGen). They do offer other types of nail enhancements (Acrylic and Gel) and the salon has no oder whatsoever! Prices are soooo reasonable and competitive for the area. They also just signed up with an app called Fresha that helps clients schedule services directly with the salon without having to call in and make an appointment (huge perk for me!). Went to this neighborhood salon when my go to spot still wasn't opened yet. I was impressed! They checked my temperature when I got there and asked me to wash my hands.
