We are waiting with the front door open, patient in wheelchair, I am outside on the street looking for ride to flag them down...no one showed. I have had to interrupt them over and over to repeat what they are saying. They lie about picking me up from my doctor appointments to take me home. I have waited more than 1 hour and 25 minutes to get transportation back home, with no explanation of why they were late. Even some of their own drivers said that the company doesn't care about getting you to and from your appointments, they just care about making money off of you. Their Van's are filthy dirty, there were so many finger prints on the windows you could bear lying see out. The seats and gurney had dirt on them, and the floors of the Van was filthy. It looked like the Van hadn't been cleaned in months. I hate this company and I don't know why my health insurance hired them.
