I researched several dozen limo companies in the St. Louis/St. Charles area to take a tour a wineries with my family. I chose My Limo STL for several reasons. For starters, their website was the only one that I came across that mentioned making their customers health and well-being a priority. They went the extra step and actually provided a short video explaining how they clean and disinfect each vehicle before and after every use. I received an email with the quote I requested, followed up by a phone call from Petre who asked if had any questions or needed more information about the vehicle I was considering. This event was being coordinated with family members and I when I explained that I needed to discuss the quote with the others, Petre agreed to hold the vehicle for 48hrs at the quoted price. This was most refreshing since at least six other companies opted to pressure me into making a decision on the spot and couldn't guarantee the vehicle would still available when I called back. Petre answered all my questions and genuinely seemed to care about figuring out the best option to meet our needs.
Four days before our wine tour, Yolanda our driver contacted me to touch base and assure me that my family were in safe hands. She explained that she was an experienced driver and had 20+ years driving for the school bus system in addition to driving limos. I thought this was a particularly nice and personal touch. Petre called the day before to confirm the time and location, saving me from having to call him. A small gesture but one that was much appreciated since I have never had a rental company call me to confirm, I have always had to be the one to call.
My Limo STL delivered an exceptional experience for all! The limo bus we rented was clean and Yolanda arrived early so could load our coolers and my handicapped niece on board ahead of time. She also graciously took several photos of our family a couple of time. Yolanda truly made our family's outing a treasured and memorable event that our family will talk out for years to come!

Yolanda delivered us safely back at our hotel and then Petre called to confirm we enjoyed our tour and everything went as planned. From requesting the quote for the limo bus to final drop off My Limo STL offered first class customer service, safe and clean vehicle, and an exceptional driver. I will no longer have hunt for weeks to find the ideal company to rent from My Limo STL is First Class all the way and still offered the best rate for the vehicle we wanted.
