We came here for my nephew's 3rd birthday party and boy did my son have a blast! The place itself is very clean and the structures are sturdy and very inviting and cute. There isnt a large enclosed space in any of the structures which I loved because I get nervous when he is up in the tubes for too long. Another great feature was all the toys spread out throughout the playground, most importantly for my son they had many toys cars! He was so excited when he found a stash of cars. Other toys they had were stuffed animals, and many different balls smooth as well as textured. There were two women working that day and both were very good with the kids and kept everything fun for them while sticking to their schedule. My son had a great time running around, going down the slides, and playing with the toy cars. After about a half hour of organized kiddo chaos the people who work there had a few activities for the kids. First they went down the slide into a million colorful sheer scarves, then they jumped off a structure into two stacked tubes with the same colorful scarves, after that they played with the ever-popular rainbow parachute with little plush puppies in the middle. Then back to regular play. After playing and eating, the last activity was a bubble dance party, the kids (and parents) went into a darkened room with black lights and danced with bubbles coming out every few minutes- the kids went nuts for the bubbles! There is also a smaller play area where the children can pretend they are in a tiny town with a grocery store, kitchen, etc. During the beginning of the party this small area was a refuge for the smaller babies. I would love to come here again, and would definitely consider it for my son's future birthdays, the only drawback (for me) is that it's an hour away. 5/5 read more

Donni and her mother Cathy were wonderful. Texting all the way up to the morning of making sure we had everything we needed. This place was perfect for our daughters 3rd birthday party. We hosted 20 little guys which included some of their siblings up to 5/6 years old. All had a blast. Playing hard for an hour. Following free play was pizza. Cake. A little more free play then ended with a dance party in the bubble room under the black lights. The kids loves every moment. 2 hours exactly. They had all the decorations for us and the pizza. We brought waters. Juice boxes. And a pretzel tray. Parents and kids all ate. Extra tables and chairs are there for the adults. Did the 10 am slot. Price is comparable to Bounce U but definitely better for the 2-4 year old crowd. Highly recommend. read more

I am beyond upset for my sister, brother-in-law and my Godson. My sister booked my Godson's 1st birthday party at My Little Adventures back in January for March 11th. She submitted the contract via text and email, paid in full and had phone and text conversations with the owner regarding specifics for the party. All of our friends and family drove an hour to the party to find out that the manager double booked the time slot and that the venue was already set-up for the other party who booked after my sister did. The only offer that was made to rectify the situation was that my sister could move the party to the following day. The following day was not feasible for my sister and most of the guests. She was then told that they would refund her the money for the party in 8-10 days. Thankfully, her mother-in-law was beyond dissatisfied and demanded my sister receive the refund immediately in cash; which they reluctantly agreed to. The owner was not in the building so by phone she spoke to my sister with no remorse. She took no responsibility for the mix-up saying that it wasn't their fault. Then who's fault was it? The owner even went as far as to insinuate that my sister was lying about their phone conversations. The owner did not recall having any phone conversations with my sister about booking the party. But, the owner did remember to charge my sister's credit card! Interesting! My heart breaks for my Godson because I know he would have had so much fun. Instead of his 1st birthday being a happy memory, it will be remembered as chaotic and disappointing. I understand that mix-ups happen, it's how they are rectified that shows the integrity of the owner/business. My sister spent the day upset and frustrated due to how she was talked to and treated by the owner and manager, the time and money lost that went into planning an amazing party and the fact that as a mother she could not provide the experience she wished for her son. This place is really small compared to the pictures on the site. I only came here bc I purchased a deal off living social. I kind of regret purchasing it because it gets too crowded and the hours they provide for open play is horrible! Most people work during the days, so them closing at 5pm is not convienient at all. I knew of the hours before purchasing, but that's not the big issue. The issue is that I purchased the deal so I could come here on Fridays when they close at 7. UGH!!!! Half the time on Fridays, they have been closing at 5, so I have only been able to bring him a few times. And they do not allow open play at all during the weekends. My son enjoyed his first time there, but the second time, kids were snatching toys away from him and it was just BAD. I never had the food, so I can't comment on that part of it. My deal ends at the end of this week. They received my money :-(. I will not be back or purchasing any more deals from them. read more

Was invited for a 4 year old birthday party. Quaint play place similar to a MyGym, except that there's a lot of wooden play equipment. Totally set up for birthday parties. There were two ladies, retirement age, taking care of everything, god bless them considering the swarm of children running around. Below is my google review. Funny that a couple other people mentioned "helicopter parents"--this was the worst place I think I've ever seen it. I feel bad for the kids that have to grow up with parents like that. Tried this place via Groupon. Probably great for ages 2 & under, but not for kids 3 and older who are able to play on a playground. Staff was nice but some really rude, over-bearing moms & grandmothers policing the kids & giving other kids dirty looks (not just mine) for regular age-appropriate play. PLAY. SMILE. OBEY. I definitely see what others are saying about this place. Do yourself a favor and read all the reviews or at least skim them; there is a very big gap in people's experiences. Myself, I enjoyed taking my kids here for open play during a slow day. It was a nice time letting them roam and play on the equipment. The owners were friendly to us, but seriously in control of the experience. This can be a good thing, in some cases, as we've all seen our share of neglected and damaged exhibits at other activity centers like the dairy farm in PAWS nature center, or any fast food playground. But in the case of My Little Adventures, their obsession with control veers just beyond what I would consider responsible and safe, and into the realm of being slightly uncomfortable and overbearing. They weren't outwardly rude to us at any point, but they were DEFINITELY watching our every move and were ready to pounce on us at any moment that we may have wandered outside their narrow definition of acceptable behavior. For instance, they demand (not request) that all adults wear socks in the playrooms and they will enforce this commandment with the swiftness of a foot-fetished Batman. They also will not allow you to bring outside food in, "for allergy purposes" you know, just in case you drop a deadly peanut and an allergic child steps on it with their bare feet which are somehow considered to be cleaner than those of their parents. All around illogical. They will hover over you, cleaning up any messes that your children may make while playing. Is your kid planning to come back to that block tower after pretending to bake cupcakes? Well TOO BAD! One toy at a time, mister. That café? No idea how it works. There wasn't a menu or an employee in there for the hour or so that we visited, so all I saw was an unattended room filled with bagged snacks. You know, the same kind that every parent keeps in their diaper bag. For the sake of allergies, I'm sure. I honestly have no idea if they prepare fresh food there or not, so I'm just going by what I saw. Overall my opinion is that this is a clean, well-stocked play place for young children that is run by people that are just a little bit too interested in maintaining order. Their ever-watchful gaze is a little discomfiting and their plethora of signs and rules make the place feel a little bit stuffy. I'm not saying you shouldn't go here, but I AM saying that you should keep this in mind. I am far from the first person to notice this. That being said, I believe I will return for open play but certainly NOT for a scheduled party or class. I just don't trust someone this controlling to be in charge of structuring activities for my "free range" (read: normal) children. read more

Attended a 1 yr old birthday party here and was really impressed with the layout, cleanliness and how perfect this place is to entertain your littles. It was nice to see how comfortable all the tiny guests were as they played safely. The staff did a great job setting up and creating a nicely staged and memorable party environment. During the summer, I took my daughter to a Pop-n-Play session at My Little Adventures. From the moment we stepped in, I loved everything about it, from the colorful but calming color palette to the bin for drooled-on toys labeled "Place Tasted Items Here." My mom decided to sign C up for a weekly developmental play class for one of the days she babysits. They have been having a blast with the classes; my mom always tells me how much C enjoys playing there, and how Lori explains the goal of each activity and works with each child to achieve the goals. They recently had to miss a class, but because we are members, I was able to take her to a make-up class on a Saturday and experience it for myself. It was great getting a chance to talk with Lori (who doesn't love hearing positive things about their kid?!) and see how the classes work. We had a great time, and I can't wait for my upcoming breaks so I can take her to more classes myself! read more

This is one of our favorite places, my son is a toddler. It's clean. The color scheme is a nice change from the primary colored kid stuff you normally see. The Rhapsody play equipment is beautiful and my son loves it. A decent variety of equipment, dramatic play materials, and a disco ball dancing room. The food is great. Love the guacamole. I took one star because the hours are not great for a working parent. I appreciate that I don't have to pay for myself. $8 is reasonable because you can spend a long time there. read more

Just had my sons 2nd bday here and it was amazing! I didn't have to decorate, set up/clean up etc I got to enjoy my son and the kids the whole time! Place was very, very clean, well organized, and had an array of jungle gyms and things to play on. The slides etc were wood which is scary but that's why you stay next to your kid. The staff were nice and helpful and led the way for games, lunch, and the disco bubble room. There were rules and restrictions but that's what maintains a Healthy and SAFE play environment! The concept of a "we take care of everything" party is great. However, the rule of arriving 15 minutes before the start of a party is unreasonable and stringent. If you want to enforce such rules, it should be communicated upfront on the party marketing sheet. Furthermore, when I arrived for the party, I was not allowed to carry my items, arrange them like I wanted, or even look through my things without the assistance of a staff member. In my opinion, there is a fine line between assisting and controlling, and I felt more "controlled" than "assisted". Additionally, a few of my guests felt uncomfortable, which made me feel uneasy. The most glaring example occurred with someone forgot her socks. When my guest went to obtain a pair of socks from the owner, she was offended by a comment the owner made to her because the owner spoke of me in a disparaging way. The exchange embarrassed me and has resulted in my distrust of the leadership and professional aptitude of MLA. I thought hosting a party at MLA would be a stress free experience. Unfortunately this wasn't the case, as I was flustered during the entire event. Regrettably, a day that was supposed to be joyous will forever be etched in my memory as strained and difficult. read more

Plan a birthday party here if you want the Party Nazis controlling your every move. Dare to help clean up after the party and get lectured. I was getting everything together that we were taking home and was told "not to rush them" (I wasn't??) and that they do things in a certain order and I would make them forget something. Also be prepared to get reports on your children and everything they're doing "wrong." For them being so "organized" and such control freaks, I expected our party to run on time; it was scheduled from 3-5pm, so playtime was supposed to be 3-4, then pizza, cake, etc. from 4-5. The pizza that THEY ordered did not arrive until after 4:30 and the kids couldn't sit down to eat until 4:45. They did let us stay past 5 (they had to) but the rest of the party felt very rushed. I do have to remark on the cleanliness of the whole place, however. read more

There are signs posted requesting you to remain within "hugging distance" of your child, so maybe that might be misconstrued with helicopter parenting? Great place, but there are rules to follow. Clean and cute. I was a member there for a while and enjoyed it very much. My son had fun in the classes and 'pop in play' open playtime. The teachers were friendly and usually always cleaning as well. I recommend trying it for yourself. I have noticed 1 of the ladies is not very friendly, but she may be an owner or manager and you actually do not have to interact with her much. Just make sure adults have socks. I recommend it for a clean safe place for young babies. I don't think it is good for older than maybe 2 or 3 years old though. :) I am a bit surprised at the bad reviews... read more

I read the few bad reviews before I went and had the complete opposite experience. The staff was polite and very kind. Yes they did pick up after my son as he left random toys thrown all about I am guessing so that other kids would not fall on them but they never seemed bothered by the mess my son made. The place is incredibly clean I will say again incredibly clean. I am not a neat freak or bothered by messiness but a lot of children's places are pretty gross. It must be lot of work to keep this place so spotless. We have taken our 9 month old son 4 times in the last month and in that time he was taught how to get down from a high area like a couch feet first. How balance himself and walk using a big ball and how to navigate stairs all while I sat and watched which is amazing to me. My experience from the staff is pretty wonderful. We also took him to 2 music classes that he really seemed to enjoy. The play area is super padded as well. We will be going back for sure. read more

I attended a birthday party with my son at My Little Adventures. He was reprimanded throughout the party by the staff until he was in tears. The best was when he was reprimanded for removing a pink bow from a Minnie Mouse plate. The staff member actually indicated that she was insulted, collected her cut out paper bow back, and tried to explain how long it had taken her to make said bow to a little boy. He just wanted a Mickey plate instead... The staff cleaned up after us as we ate - literally under our feet. They collected confetti off the table as we ate. They closed off access to play areas and expected two year olds to sit at tables and eat cake for forty five minutes. The overall feel was not child friendly. The proprietors may make good wedding planners, but seemed quite ignorant of how a child's birthday party should be run. read more

These classes aren't just fun for my son! My Little Adventures is an amazing place to take your kids. It is immaculately clean, the people that work there are extremely knowledgable, helpful and interactive. I totally agree with Jeremy B. The place is NOT managed well. Just came from my niece's B-Day party. The owner herself yelled at our kids including my kid for going up the play set-up. She did NOT want them to run, jump or even have fun. HELLO! you call yourself Little Adventures, but you do NOT let the kids go play and actually enjoy it. The staff are NOT friendly at all. They do NOT even know how to treat kids. They look at your kids as if they are criminals. No sense at all of bringing a kid to this place. They clean up under you constantly, either food or toys, while walking around with a scowl on their faces. I have been there a handful of times (why would I go there more then once if I thought it was terrible....? I always give things a second chance and the third time was for a bday party) but each time it's the same story! I bring my kids to places like this when its cold so they can run around and burn off some energy but it's small and areas were closed off for the bday party. My daughter loves this place! She has such a great time playing with everything (slides, kitchen tools and food, etc). It is very clean, but it is a little small to be charging $7 for play sessions. The food served in their cafe is also only so-so. I was disappointed to find that the last time that I was there, they didn't start taking orders for food until almost noon. I stood in line to order and my daughter and I didn't get our food until close to 12:40! It is tough for a toddler to have to wait that long to eat, and I expect the staff of a young children's play place to know that. In addition, the person taking my order was so rushed that she messed up my order and overcharged me. When I let them know after I got my food, no one tried to fix the mistake. The staff tried to distract all of the hungry children by creating a game with a slide because they were all waiting so long to eat, but I was still irritated. My kid was hungry! I suggest bringing your kids here to play but to skip the cafe! read more

We have a good time .. We usually just do pop n play classes on a slow day at home and when it's either too hot or too cold to be outside... The music always gets my little guy going and he loves the slides. The one thing we LOVE about this place is the not allowing food in from outside. My 2 year old has a severe peanut allergy and a lot of people fail to realize even if sticky fingers eat a granola bar and touch something my son does, he could have a serious reaction. Like I said, I know when it isn't your child you don't take it as serious (some of these reviews) it is though, and it's just great to have a safe zone for a peanut allergy parent! read more

The concept of this place is great. A super clean and affordable play area for small children. My children (3 and 5) enjoyed playing here at every visit. Our last visit ended with my son getting a BLACK EYE from turning his face while sliding down the very hard wooden slides! Seriously these things are dangerous. The staff didn't say much and offered an ice pack and we left shortly after. Please be careful people!!! My son's eye was bruised and cut for over two weeks. I used to take my two year old to jellybean jungle cuz it's a lot closer to me than my little adventures. But I figured I would give this place a try since I think my baby got sick because of jellybean jungle I stopped taking her there. Anyway, so I read a lot of bad reviews online about this place so I was skeptical. I paid $5 to come here on a Friday for a pop n play, which is cheaper than jellybean jungle. Yes this place is smaller than jellybean jungle and they don't allow you to bring your own food, and they have weird open play hours, so those are some of the negatives. But I was here for 4 hours because my two year old was having so much fun she didn't want to leave. I must say I like this place more than jellybean jungle because it's very clean, and as a mother I think that's the way it should be. The restrooms are cleaner, kitchen and play area, and the whole place is a ot brighter than jellybean jungle. We purchased a kids meal consist of Mac and cheese, Apple juice and some crackers for $4.50, nothing fancy, but the price isn't outrageous. Because of the open play hours are limited, I don't think I will purchase the membership or the groupon deal. I think I will just bring my baby here when they have $5 pop n play sessions, which for 4 hours of play time is a good price. Will come back again. read more

Super cute, clean and plenty of play stations to keep my 20 month old busy! We have only been once but it was a day that the local schools were closed. It was very busy (crowded) when we got there and there was definitely a handful of children who I thought were too old (and misbehaved) to be there with kids that are 5 or 6 years younger than them. By about 11:30 the crowd had thinned out and it was a more enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back! read more

My son loves this place. I went there for a pop-n-play the first time, but quickly enrolled my 1 yo in the classes. The classes are fun and super educational. We love all the staff! They're very friendly and knowledgable. I've been to other children's gyms and this is the best one I've seen. Good place for a birthday party for 2-4 year old kids. I recently attended a 3 year old birthday party here. I had not heard of this place or attended a location similar to this. Most of the places I have been to are either bouncy house type or kid's gyms. This particular party had about 25 kids ranging between 1-7 years old. This place is unique in that it has nicer wooden ladders, monkey bars, rock walls, slides etc. The main area seemed a bit challenging for kids under 2 and easy for kids over 5. There was a small area off to the side of the eating area that seemed like it was meant for younger kids. The party was 2 hours in total. The first 1:15 minutes was open play with some organized play with the staff. All of the staff were very friendly and outgoing with the kids. There was one staff member in charge of getting the kids attention when it came to cake and organizing things. She was very entertaining from how the kids reacted to her. The pizza lunch was organized through them I believe and the cake and refreshments were provided by the host. The set meal time was 1:15-1:45 PM and than the kids got to close the part out by going into a blue light room with lots of bubbles. The kids loved this and danced to a few songs. Overall, I think it was an appropriate party place for a 3 or 4 year old. read more

We had my granddaughters first birthday party here. The place was clean but part of the playing area was blocked off for the party. My daughter was not informed of this when booking. The kids were disappointed. My daughter's contract clearly stated that you could bring cake, brownies and cookies. I baked cookies that are a big hit with our family and friends. The staff would not allow them to be served. Only after the kids were cleaned and ushered out of the kitchen area were the cookies brought out to me so I could bag them and send them home. When my daughter asked for a cookie for the birthday girl she was told, "No she is already cleaned up. It's just a cookie". To say we were stunned is an understatement. Also, there is no structured activities as promised. They did a few things for the children that were standing in front of them. There was no attempt made to include all the children in an activity. And these women are supposedly teachers. My daughter is a teacher and found it quite amusing that they try to pass that off as "structured".We will be going to jelly bean jungle from now on. read more
