Anytime that I have logged in to see what the class is doing, the teachers are working with all the kids on learning their numbers, colors, letters, etc. My daughter is going to be 2 soon and I am IMPRESSED with how much she has learned in such a short period of time!! One of the managers Jessica is a phenomenal person. I was very nervous since this was my daughters 1st time in daycare; she has always answered my calls & has even called me to tell me how she is doing. I recommend this learning center to anyone that may be looking to send their child somewhere.

Katie. she has been with her since she was 6 weeks old! I was nervous because of her age,her just being so little but I had nothing to worry about. ms. Katie has always kept me updated on her and made sure she was well taken care of. She will soon be going with ms. Hannah who watches the one year olds. she is so sweet and you can tell how much she enjoys her job and how much love she has for these babies! This daycare also does pictures regularly with professional photographers which I appreciate so much with being a single mother and not having the time go out and get them done myself. I have had my child going there for 2.5 years. The first two years were ok. The third year we ran…read moreinto a behavior problem with our child. The school tried to suggest that he was suddenly autistic and/or needed to be put on drugs. I was in the process of fixing the behavior problem when they called my wife up to kick him out of their school on a Monday. They did not follow the behavior plan which included calling me if at any time was to out of line. We then enrolled him in Ponchartrain Elementary(the local public school). His behavior problem is now fixed, he is happy as a clam, but I find out that he is behind in his studies. Turns out that I was paying Cedarwood thousands of dollars to get less of an education than what he could have gotten at Ponchartrain. I have since heard this story from several other parents at Ponchartrain. They seem to drum out anyone that isn't a lemming, and why on earth was I paying thousands of dollars to this school. I have learned my lesson.

The high school offers a strong college prep curriculum and their students have the college board test scores attesting to that. However, the strength of the school, from my perspective, is its sense of community. The staff really loves on your child. The emphasis here is on "Christian", therefore it certainly wouldn't be for everyone. Modern cultural norms of moral relativism and political correctness are not promoted. "Religion" is not taught, rather the Bible is. Even after 2,000 years Jesus remains most controversial, so of course a school who stands up for Him and espouses His teaching will have its share of critics. It's not a perfect school, how could it be, as there are no perfect people. There has been only one - and He allowed Himself to be mocked, ridiculed, and crucified because no greater love had anyone but Him. I want a school that reinforces what I teach my child at home; NCS does that.

Stolen posessions, tuition, wages... children out of school, parents out of work, employees out of work... poof! They notified over an application messageing system that some dont have access to. No forwarding contact to get any pay, tuition or posessions. Covington location is still open and they can just as easily do it to those families in the future.
