Like they don't do every three weeks if you want you have to call only a couple days ahead and then it fills up because most people come at the same time. So while they do a good service, it's just gotten so frustrating that they aren't able to have more availability and that they don't let you schedule a longer time in advance.

However, she ended up burning my eyelid, even after I told her that the wax was way too hot. I think it was a mix of her rubbing different types of treatments and liquids on my eyebrow and then waxing the same area multiple times with very hot wax. I get my eyebrows waxed every three weeks for the last 10 to 15 years and it's very easy for me to tell when the wax is too warm and obviously when your eyebrows are wax, your skin is red, but I could tell that the skin was just much more red. I did reach out to the Front Desk staff but nothing was done. I then tried calling multiple times, but to this day, I have never gotten a call back. And I honestly don't think I should have to reach out multiple times just for them to call me back. So while it does have very low prices and it's a beautiful salon I just had a negative experience that was not handled correctly so I really cannot recommend it. There are many salons in the area even within a one minute drive so I would recommend going to those locations over this one.

The color selection is limited- they have none of the new colors, nor can they do the new nail trends due to lack of materials (ie glazed donut nails, etc). This year they have had many clients start with lash extensions- however those doing it do not have esthetician licenses. The pedicures are rushed and terrible. The girls doing them talk more to each other than even acknowledge the customer! There is always a "party" going on in the break room. Cooking smelly foods, and loud laughing and discussing customers and their personal lives in Spanish. No one there subscribes to the belief that this is a service, and customers come to relax. A visit there is far from relaxing. If you are there close to the end of the day you get to be part of the max rush of the pedicure girls cleaning the whole place. So lost of cleaner being sprayed and vacuums, totally what I think of when I want to relax Sadly, this place used to be really good but has lost focus on providing a positive customer experience and keeping up with trends within their industry.

The massage therapist listened to my specific needs and helped problematic areas of my head, neck and shoulders (since I get migraines). I was given the option for tea or water afterwards which was gladly accepted. My mothers nails were nicely done, but I hate to say they chipped just a couple days afterward. I also was disappointed she could not get a massage appointment close to mine and chose to get her nails done instead. It seems they have very few therapists on staff to do the massage appointments.
