My meal prep makes it easy to eat well; and still taste amazing with out having to force yourself to eat diet food or tasteless grilled chicken and broccoli. She allows you to customize and specify things. There is love and effort that goes in to the menus and meals. She really cares about the food and what goes in it right down to the type of oil it is cooked in. This type of service is not a take out restaurant or like ordering from a pizzeria. You are paying for a well thought out, healthy food plan/prep service. The meals are portioned out and weighed and well presented. I work in an office, and it is such a relief to have meals ready that are good for me. The ingredients are fresh and are designed to fuel and heal your body. My personal favorite is the Chicken thighs.Thanksgiving themed meals were amazing. Her dressings and sauces are also a treat (green sauce, pesto) my favorites mmmmm.. She cares about what she feeds you, and constantly makes efforts to learn and educate as well as improve and address any concern you may have. Food tastes clean and healthy, but orders are always mixed up or wrong. Servings are small too. Orders wouldn't come out as what you placed prior to delivery. For instance, I would order roasted veggies but all of the meals would have raw veggies. Or I would order squash spaghetti with the meatballs but then you would get broccoli. The meals are pretty pricey for small servings (I always ordered 4oz of protein and 2cups of veggies but the serving is smaller than usual meals from other meal prep companies). Note that there's a policy of food substitution that I NEVER KNEW AND I WASN'T INFORMED. I'm not ordering from here again. I don't want to continue ordering for meals that's always mistaken. read more
