Now I understand things come up and any type of work can take longer than initially thought but I work every day and needed a rough idea of how long they normally take to know if I needed to take off of work, which i explained to the employee and made clear I was not asking for a price or a firm answer. This is my second experience here and it was enough to ruin it.
