Long story short our AC Compressor stop working so no cold air blowing. Over the past few weeks we've been comparing prices with commercial and mobile mechanics. To cut down on cost we ordered the parts and was willing to pay for labor cost. The prices we got, some was saying "stick em up " others were reasonable. The positive battery terminal on my 2010 Mitsubishi Eclipse had completely corroded over time and needed to be replaced. I sent Mike a request via Yelp and he responded promptly in the morning, came out in the afternoon as promised, removed and cleaned up around the terminal, ran over to a parts store to get the new terminal, put the new part in and I was good to go in less than an hour. I got responses from an auto dealership and a transmission shop, when I didn't contact either of THOSE businesses. For some reason, Yelp decided to share my inquiry with other businesses totally unrelated to the one I chose. Bad form from Yelp and equally bad form from Mike's, for not responding. -- Mike's response was: 1 - I get over a dozen inquiries a day, it's impossible to respond to all, I didn't respond to yours as I wasn't interested in the Job. 2 - I am 100% mobile and am not interested in replacing your engine in your driveway. 3 - If I was to provide you poor service I'd allow this review to slide.
