The tech looked at it for about 30 minutes and came out to explain to my husband that the UVL lift was not repairable and needed to be replaced. He was given a quote for $14,000 to replace it and it would take 6 weeks to get the new lift and repair it. The charge for looking at the van was $126 which would be deducted from the $14k. We decided to take it to another shop nearby and they looked at it and REPAIRED it for $115 in just under an hour! We feel completely cheated by this company but happy that they weren't able to scam us out of $14,000!
