My mom needed her scooter handle fixed and found this place online. They were very accommodating when we got there with no appointment. They helped get the scooter out of our SUV, they were very friendly and even though they were busy they didn't take long to get to us and fixed the problem within a few minutes. They were kind enough not to charge us and thanked us for waiting. Wow so professional, you don't see this kind of service these days. Had a rollator walker, that I had for quite some time, taken in for brakes adjustment and new seat. Matthew was the young man who did the repairs. Very pleased with this company. My father has problems getting around and he bought a scooter from them a few weeks ago. In fact, he was so pleased that he went and bought *me* a scooter because of my inability to walk long distances, especially day trips where there is a lot of walking and sight seeing because of my flat feet. They were very good and explained how it worked. They even let me take a ride outside with it and I was very pleased they did not do a pushy sell. I cannot get over the awesome service that my mother and I received from Mr. Mobility. My father was in a rehabilitation center and before he was to come home we needed to purchase him a dual power recliner. We had such great service and helpful hints from the sales person on things we should consider when buying a recliner that we walked out totally excited we had purchased the perfect recliner for my father. Unfortunately, shortly after purchasing the recliner my father passed away. We had not received the chair yet as it was a special color we were looking for so it had to be ordered. We went back to the Mr. Mobility store to advise them of my father's passing and to see if we could stop the order of the recliner. They were most helpful and no issues in refunding our money and condolences for our family. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service received from Mr. Mobility and they will always have my families business when in need of their products. The only reason I gave Mr. Mobility 1 star is because Yelp will not allow me to give them 0 stars. Mr. Mobility did $3,407 dollars worth of damage to our new $26,000 van while doing a routine hand control installation. It took a month to fix all the damage. At one point we had to call the Leesbirg police department to find the van so we could get it to the Chevy dealer to be repaired properly. Mr. Mobility would not tell us where they were keeping the van until the police officer showed up. read more

Stephen at Mr Mobility is wonderful! He helped us choose the appropriate wheelchair when I broke my ankle. He was patient and showed us how to use the various parts. We rented it for a week that eventually became a month. We called every week and he said "No problem!" on each extension, and didn't charge our credit card for the extensions until we were done. I purchased a top-of-the-line lift chair and rented a power seat scooter ($400 mo) of which were delivered promptly and professionally to me, for which I was very grateful. Unfortunately, the person I purchased and rented the equipment for died 3 days later and they provided no compassion/assistance in helping me resale my chair, or crediting me anything on the power scooter rental. read more
