We got our van 4 months ago and the mobility accessories keep breaking. We made arrangements to drop it off and get a loaner while they "fixed" it. We got there and were told they didn't have a loaner. This after we drove an hour to get there. The salesman, Service manager and the technician treated us excellent and all did an amazing job of not only fixing what we asked but making sure anything else they found was fixed correctly.
