When I brought my car back on the same day it was returned to me, still with the problem, the mechanic dismissed my claim and said that it would take a little while to start properly functioning again. When I brought my car back for a third time, in an attempt to give him the opportunity to fix his mistake, he admitted that he had guessed on his diagnosis, still did not put my car on the lift, and suggested that I take it somewhere else to have the problem diagnosed. The best he could do for me was to offer the labor if I could figure out what I needed him to do. The whole experience was very unprofessional and casual. I'm guessing the mechanic does not have the knowledge to handle more complex problems and that he does more routine things like brakes, etc. Avoid this place if you want your car issues fixed well and in a timely manner.

Now my air bag light is on, and I seriously doubt it is a coincidence as that commonly occurs when removing car seats and putting them back back improperly. Now I have to pay for getting that diagnosed and fixed. I'm taking bets - will they pay the bill when I get it diagnosed? My money is on not. Other details: I gave them a whole amp wiring kit - they didn't put the amp in the back of the car, but only under the driver's seat. The rest of the wiring they kept; they didn't give it back to me. They attached the 150 amp fuse with just one screw drilled into the fuse box cover in the engine bay. I'll attach some photos here tomorrow if I remember and I'm still able to edit the review.

I took in a very large cushion (82" long x 28" wide) and the material to have a slip cover made for it on 5-5-17, late that Friday afternoon. I was told it would be ready by the following Friday. I got a call from Michelle early Wednesday afternoon (two and a half days after I'd dropped everything off) advising it was ready! The cushion is perfect - exactly what I wanted to put in the reading nook my husband recently made for me out of a spare closet. The material fits perfect on the cushion. Prior to having the slip cover put on, the cushion was wrapped in a material that will give it added life and stability. A zipper was put along the backside. Due to the width of the material I had chosen, it was necessary to have two seams. Had it not been pointed out to me, I wouldn't have noticed them! Customer service was great. This is a family owned business - all the more reason to support it. Price was very reasonable, and turn around time was amazing. Highly recommend.
