Then you can get real customer service and return it. In my case it was a refrigerator for my mother in law. She has Macular Degeneration so I came by to help her during the delivery/install. I left 5 minutes after they finished as I traveled a few hours to get there on 06/26. On 07/03 we went to visit and my wife saw a series of dents on the door. In a panic I realized I have ring cameras all over here house. I found video proof the dents were there before the men brought it through the front door. I sent all my footage to Lowes and they are telling me it is past the 48 hours. I explained my mother in law is blind in one eye and not great vision with the other eye. Plus we just got there to visit her and saw the damage. It fell on deaf ears and now I am on a crusade to get justice for her. My photos and video are starting to make waves so maybe Lowes will do the right thing. Either exchange or refund us. What a bad expierence.
