The guy they have working as a "greeter" or whatever is a jerk. Never have been in a Burlington and…read morehad my two small children in the cart. Well, I didn't realize the wheels on the carts lock up when you try to roll them out the door. Also didn't see the sign saying so, because I'm focused on my kids, that was my bad. But this guy is mumbling "they're gonna lock up" while sitting on a table next to the exit, and I don't tend to realize people are speaking to me when they're mumbling into the void. Suddenly this guy loudly says "Lady! They're gonna lock up!" while rolling his eyes. Maybe you think they don't pay you well enough to bother having some sense of kindness or customer service etiquette, but you don't have to treat people like they're garbage just because they've never been in your store before. Consider hiring someone a little friendlier.
