So here's hoping to save another person from having the same problem as me please do not book with this company. I don't even know where to start but basically I started a project on yelp reaching out to cleaning services. I messed up and booked with the fastest responder (Grecia). She was super nice in the beginning. She quoted me higher than other places that quoted me but she came and did an in person walk through and specifically said my house is not that dirty and lowered her price (priced me at 240). Not to mention she didn't have to clean the whole house. Not the fridge or the oven or the pantry or another guest room (didn't want it cleaned). She started her service at 11:30 and finished at exactly 3. I left her in my home without my supervision because she was so nice and I trusted her to do her job. When she messaged me she was done I sent her money right away. Before I came home I texted her that I would inspect the house and once I got home I told her it was still dirty and she accused us of dirtying the house hours after she finished cleaning. (She left at 3 and we came home at like 7) BTW I booked for a DEEP CLEANING. My house wasn't that dirty (words that came from her mouth) but I wanted all the corners and windows and dusk to be cleaned. I sent her pictures right away saying we are not satisfied with the service and she agreed to come back but to only clean pictures of what I sent her like almost a week later. Next day I kept finding more and more missing spots and sending more pictures I was afraid that if she left thinking she did a job well done that when she came back, it still wouldn't be up to par. I texted her and apologize but we would like a refund instead. She refused and said she clean my house for 5 HOURS. She came at 11:30 and left at 3. But she "cleaned" for 5 hours. I even offered to tip (pay her for her time) cause I do think she should be compensated for working. She said no and that if she refunded me money then she's gonna charge me 180 for a regular cleaning. If you look at my pictures I don't even think that a regular cleaning would've justified the work given. She complained that I didn't pay enough that's why I received the quality that was given. When she priced it herself. She admitted to not doing a fully good job because she didn't think it was worth her time. I told her she didn't have to take the job if she thought it was "cheap". I did not beg for her to lower her price. I just wanted the soonest person available and now I have to deal with the headache of filing a complaint through yelp to hopefully get my money back. If I could add more pictures I would add pictures of time stamps and text messages. She started threatening me cause I said please let's resolve this peacefully I don't want to leave a bad review. She flipped her shit and said her business does not relay on yelp. I mean obviously but if I can save someone else from making the same mistake then there you go.

She refused to take no for an answer and showed us a care that saved our mom's life with S4 cancer. Pros: - Gets the job done - Fully mobile - Cares about her work - Empathetic/compassionate - Priced to market - Quick responses Side Notes: - Schedule a time - Be specific on what you need - Accepts Venmo - Print single-sided for wills What We Got Done: - 2 printed wills notarized - 2 cover letters for will Summary Notary Work: this was simple; we got it done, signed, and answered all the needed questions. Be sure to get any will that requires notarization printed on one side (not double-sided). Compassion/Empathy/Kindness: This is the highlight. She showed up in ways that instilled that this world is actually good. We finished the will in less than 5 minutes, and she could have quickly gone to the next appointment. What she did next made us feel that angels exist. Having fought her colon cancer battle, she pulled out her phone and told us to go to MD Anderson. She started to share names, phone numbers, and resources, but the greatest act of love a human can do for another at this moment was to advocate for us. We were giving up. She started to call and would not leave until we had a plan. We had the resources we needed two hours later, but an agenda that my brother and I executed two days later. Fast-forward two weeks since that day, our mother is fighting S4 cancer, and her energy is where it was when she first started to fight years ago. Her appetite, energy, and most importantly, her will to live, not just to fight, was back. I highly and FULLY recommend Jackquealyne for any notary work.
