Amit helped me every step of the way from planning to implementation! He helped with the right packaging (and gave it to me ahead of time). The postal annex is a great stop besides the post office if you have ready to ship packages for USPS, FedEx, or UPS. I never see a line here and usually I'm the only customer in the shop. If you don't want to wait in the line at the US post office, this is a good alternative. I took off a star for the pricing, which I feel is gouging a bit. I understand that they are the middleman in a way between postal services and customers, but it seems a bit high for the convenience. I'd come here to pay for shipping something if it's the busy holiday season or USPS is really backed up. read more

My husband has a mailbox here. He has been very pleased with the service he's received from the owners. They are always super friendly and the rates are great. There are several benefits to having a box here rather than the post office. You get an actual street address rather than a PO box #, which looks more professional. I need to make everyone aware that if your told they do Canadian passports..... run!!!! They have no idea how. My sons pictures were rejected twice after he swore up and down he knew how and what they measurements should be. I waited in line for a long time and even though I will say this guy is very very nice, it caused me to have a very bad day as I ran twice a long distance to try and get it right, and it was a nightmare!!! I trusted him, but to my disappointment! I lost money too! I never had the chance to go back to be credited . After experiencing great amounts of frustration trying to ship a tiny package at a nearby store ($12 to ship a 5'' x 4'' x 1'' box weighing less than 2 ounces? As if!!!!!!), I came here because I frequent the Randall's next door. The man helping me was extremely polite and even printed a new shipping label for me because my handwriting wasn't that clear. The total was a little over $3, and as I reached for my credit card he said, "Oh, I'm sorry, we don't allow card transactions under $5." I was pretty peeved because there wasn't any posted sign about this anywhere visible in the store, and I didn't have cash so I'd have to go somewhere else instead! When I picked up my package in frustration, he took it from me and said, "No, it's ok. Don't worry about it," and processed my order anyway. This is EXACTLY the kind of customer service I expect from businesses I frequent, and I was so relieved I didn't have to go anywhere else. Kudos to these guys! I highly recommend this office. They are cordial and friendly. If you are shipping a large package or if you have several packages they are already eager to assist by bringing the packages inside. I like this aspect because I have gone to other shipping places where I struggled to bring in packages and place them on the counter while customer service personnel stood by and watched. We took a sample Christmas card in to determine what postage to buy for both Canada and the US. One scale was not working and probably the one they used for me was not either. They quoted $2.00 for the US cards and $2.15 for the Canadian ones. Since the rate to Canada for a regular envelope is 70 cents more than the US, I was suspicious. Took the same card with the same enclosures to the post office and the postage was 64 cents to the US and $1.45 to Canada. That was a lot of money saved. I will not be back. Arlene R read more
