We created a peaceful sanctuary on historic Main Street where guests can pause, breathe deeply, and reset in just 30 minutes. Our mission is simple: to offer natural, research-informed wellness experiences including salt therapy, infrared sauna sessions, red-light wellness, and oxygen-enhanced recovery in a space designed to feel calming, beautiful, and affordable.
