I found a photo of a green and yellow lei they had previously sold to past customer and decided to call in and ask if they had one in stock. The graduation was a few days out so I was pretty rushed to find a lei in time. I called in and spoke to the person (I think the name was Ronnie?) and they kindly informed me that they would have to see if they can make a yellow and green colored lei in time. They gave other colored options just in case the green and yellow was unavailable. After I got off the phone, they let me know the price (about $71) which needed to be paid before they can put the order in. I venmoed the money over and received a photo of the lei the day before graduation. I let her know that I will be in the morning of the graduation to pick it up and everything went smoothly! Communication was great, pick up time was easy and my cousin was thrilled with the lei! The price was a bit high though but the customer service was great!

Each flower was beautifully placed, very fresh, and in excellent condition. It was comforting that they our family's flowers was so tastefully arranged. The florist we met with spoke fluent Chinese and English and was very kind and nice to work with. I would definitely order flowers from this business again.

I feel like I've gotten Valentines flowers here for multiple years and each year, I forget how bad…read morethe previous ones are. I paid 150$ for the premium with delivery and they were delivered like this. Truthfully, the ones at the market are probably better quality. Just feels like they could have done so much better, but they decided to just toss whatever scraps were remaining together. Mind you, these photos are from the same exact day. My wife took a look at them and you could see the disappointment at how horrid all of the roses looked. Deeply disappointed as well, especially for the price tag. Updated: Updated to 3 stars as the store contacted me to try to remedy the situation. They sent replacement flowers and they looked so much better.

ST30 was sold out at all the usual shops I go to so decided to call Crimson Guild and much to my suprise, they had it. Came by the next day to pick it up and grabbed some singles I needed as well. Great TCG selection of both sealed product and singles. The people running the shop were super helpful and prices were very reasonable. Parking was easy. This place is a bit more of a drive for me but will definitely be back.

Direct and a good guy. The shop greets everyone as the come in. I really like Miguel and Charlie , who I've bought a bunch of stuff from. Jacob is the one employee who has always been less than polite every time I dealt w him and caused me to cancel a multi / multi hundred dollar purchase for me so I'd avoid him. This is just my personal experience so I just try to avoid him. They run tournaments consistently , have a great selection of singles , and have a lot of desired products. Their products are always growing and that's what I really like as well. Give them a shot !
