My fiance and I had to take off work and instead of sending a team exclusively for our unit of the building, the same guys did work throughout the building making it take longer to do work in our unit. Instead of trying to minimize the time we would need to take off work, they extended it to numerous days. Here's an example about the billing and how they lie; they left us small and medium boxes as clearly indicated on them but charged us medium and large prices at huge marked up prices over what you could get them anywhere else. They also said they wouldn't make special trips just to deliver boxes which is understandable. They said they would leave them on days they would already be doing work in our building. Yet when we got the invoice, they charged us four hours for delivery of boxes at $45.15/hr! $45.15 an hour to deliver boxes when they said they wouldn't deliver them unless they were already coming. They tried to add (often falsely) to the bill to either insurance company. Their work was shoddy and they left light fixtures hanging as well as exposed wiring. Do not hire this company.

There was actual light rays reflecting from my granite counter-tops due to a thorough wipe-down. Frank also mentioned they used germicide cleaner for showers and bathroom sinks. She has been an absolute lifesaver, and it has made such a difference having her help with keeping my house clean. I travel frequently, spending about half the year outside of Illinois, and it is such a weight off of my shoulders to know that I never come home and worry about what state it will be in. I also struggle with ADHD, which makes creating and sticking with habits very difficult, and I have had the privilege of developing a routine to keep my stuff in order with biweekly services with her team.
