We were given a tour of the sheds on the Tuff Shed site, which really helped with making a selection. We were contacted by the builders a couple of days after we paid and a week after that the shed was up in about 6 hours. It took about 2 weeks from start to finish. The barn shed looks great and is very well built. I would recommend Elva and Tuff Shed products to anyone that needs a no hassle experience when buying a shed.

Contract states new shed, but leaked, wet stained wood on the inside, trashed side and top. Threw me to warranty I believe prior yo delivery. 3 BBB reports, no response. AG report now and they sre ignoring threatening to come take plis keeping all the funds I paid already. They do wrong and more wrong. Dont buy. They bully, harass, threaten and now refuse to resolve and never repaired.... the harassing calls are to be stopped until a business resolution can be fixed. They ignore WA state laws. Dont pay any cash..They will say the worker took off with the funds and you will get no shed. You have been warned. JUne 2024 TO Feb 2025 and they are beyond lo o business...

I've actually had two different sheds built by this company. The shed is overall pretty good. The…read morecommunication with Heather at the office and the builders during the build day is extremely lacking. The builders built my shed at an angle to the property line and every surrounding structure and didn't bother to tell me that they supposedly had an issue that required not following my instructions on where to build it. I had brought up a possible issue well in advance to the build and was assured it would not be a problem. I was arms-length from the builders and they could have simply spoken with me and come up with a solution, but they are too focused on getting out as fast as possible and seem dead set on not communicating with me as the customer. Both times the finishing touches were very lacking - plan on having to recaulk anything they caulk and rework any door hardware. They installed the man-door at a bad angle, so it won't stay open, which is very annoying for a storage situation, and the barn doors barely open - I have to rework it when I have time. Overall they just want to be in and out and don't want to fuss with any details. If that works for you, it's decent, but plan on being VERY flexible on the final product - they just don't care.

A gentleman named Jake I stopped near the entrance and asked if he could help me as I had a dilemma that I hadn't been able to resolve on my own with a fancy shop vac I purchased there a few months back. He walked me over to the shop vacs & I pointed out the one I purchased and he walked me through the three areas on how to resolve my stalled situations on that model. Hands down the most polite and tolerant employee. But I've seen this with other employees there over these past 2 years or so. I feel we are so fortunate to have this business here and the management is doing a great job with employees chosen and the overall all staff attitudes and Top Notch Customer Service.
