Today they came out to stain it after I had another company stain it last year - that was a mistake. Luis's team came out today and stained my fence and covered patio perfectly. They also stamped my concrete patio out back and completely tore out my front patio and put in a decorative stamped patio. They also have another part of their business that does pools and that is my next project!! Another part of their business is run by Luis's brother and he does lawn and garden. They mow, trim, weed whack and bring in mulch for my gardens! They are the hardest working team of people I have EVER met! They have been helping me with sooo many things over the past year and it is always Fabulous! I refer them to everyone! Just a short review, the have perfectly: Poured concrete for my Tuff Shed, Built me a Custom Covered Patio with stamped concrete and a fire pit, built me a water shed for my well, completely replaced by front patio with a beautiful decorative stamped concrete, built me a new attic door with stable steps and mow, trim and mulch my gardens. We informed the manager that we wanted Lynn to come out and give us a bid on our swimming pool and also informed the rep that we would be getting other bids as well. We never got a call back. So we called back today 6/26 and I spoke with the Lake Jackson manager and asked why we haven't heard back from them. She said that she showed our info to Lynn and he said that he could not build us a pool because we were getting 9 other bids and he knew that those other companies would beat him out. I asked how he would know this and she said "because Aqua Classic Pools & Spas are the most expensive company in our area and because they do a very good job". She said that since their pools start off at $45,000 that she knew we would not be interested. I replied that $45,000 is not expensive whatsoever for a pool that we want and that she should not base doing pools for people off of that. Then she replied that they also have 6 pools on a waiting list and are currently doing 2 pools right. More excuses to justify why they never called us back. The final straw was saying to me "we also can't do a pool for you because we wouldn't be able to complete it soon". I told her that we didn't want to the pool built until March. If anyone would have called us or better yet, come out and met us (like the other companies have) all of this could have been avoided and I GUARANTEE you that Aqua Classis Pools and Spas would have definitely gotten business from us. We are about quality, not the price of a pool. Shame on this business. We will be leaving this review on EVERY website that allows reviews. Good day. Stay away from this company.

Great at taking calls and friendly, but good service ends there…read more With sewer backing up into the house, I called. Plumber shows up, snakes drain and leaves. Next day, sewer is backing up again. So I called back. Same thing, same result. They say they need a camera to find the problem. Cost $450 for camera, and $150 for each "clean out". After sending camera down, they tell me "underground pipe is broken, we need to dig and replace it". I agree and beg them to hurry, because I can't keep paying $150 for a "clean out". 3 weeks, many calls and a couple more "clean outs" later, I finally decide to find someone else. New guy came, cleaned it out the right way(3 inch blade for 4 inch pipe) and problem solved. 6 months later and still no more sewer in the house. Either Brazosport Plumbing is very incompetent, or their business strategy is to keep charging for "clean outs". Either way, avoid this company.
