Still the continued great service from some of the hardest-working and friendliest guys in the SE part of Houston. Two of my friends have been using them for many years and even one of my former neighbors used them for a long time till they moved out of Houston. The pool areas always look like paradise after these guys are through working. Here's just a sample of some of the projects they do for my friends: ~ repairs on leaks, filter grids, heater ~ annual filter cleaning ~ pressure wash and seal stone around pool ~ pool inspection and monthly maintenance ~ pool cleaning (my friends trust them & have them service the pool even while they are out-of-town) Disclosure: My two pool owner friends do not have Yelp accounts, so I am typing this on their behalf.

I was more than patinet with him but my pool sat for 2 months. He sent me an invoice for work i had already paid him for in fact i paid him more than the original quote. My panel has fried 3x since the install 4 months ago. Pentair the manufacturer refused to warranty a 7k panel because it was as it was wired improperly. He seemed to work with me for a bit kept trying to get more money to fix things he did improperly. At the end of the day my pool has been down more than it has worked since he got ahold of it. Now he has ghosted me and refuses to return emails phone calls or text messages. This guy doesnt have a clue what he is doing and isnt cheap. I should have know better than to hire anyone named the pool dude. The owner ken has a reputation with the pentair reps as being incompetent. What a disaster he has left me in warranty company wont help due to the improper install and no one wants to work on the system because they dont anna be responsible for his crummy work
